Mutate a bunch then Ninjutsu (or whatever) back to hand and Mutate again. Dash is even better and you don't need to attack. Animar makes it cheap (his ability makes Dash and Mutate cheap but doesn't affect Ninjutsu costs).

For instance : Lightning Berserker Dashes in, Pouncing Shoreshark, Migratory Greathorn and Souvenir Snatcher. If Animar has 2 counters the Berserker gives him 3, the snatcher costs 1 blue and gives a counter, avenger costs 1 green and etc. After combat they all go back to your hand. You spent 4 mana and get all Mutate triggers and counters on Animar. One turn of three Mutate triggers on a Migratory Greathorn solves all your mana problems.

Its difficult to find Green creature Tutors that put things into your hand instead of the battlefield. Go figure.

Mutate Animar once with a flyer and get +2 power and evasion. Cephalid Constable mutated with Archipelagore is terrifying.

Ninjas work well with Mulldrifter, Artisan of Kozilek and Pilgrim's Eye (if you have nothing else).
