Finally someone sees the potential of Assault Suit! Have you considered Portal of Sanctuary as a repeatable way to protect Dorothea? You'd effectively pay 1WU each turn after swinging and not need to worry about haste

I like the idea, High Tide seems a bit out of place as you will tend to play out your hand early. In it's place, something like Portal of Sanctuary could flicker your Venture Deeper into Merfolk Secretkeeper on each of your turns (multiples would also work).
I would want a bit of protection in the form of Turn Aside or Keep Safe. A fourth Snap would usually be stronger than one Lotus Petal.

I have some suggestions.
Chulane, Teller of Tales is pretty good because it ramps mana, draws you cards, and takes advantage of all the enter the battlefield/cast this creature effects in the deck. Portal of Sanctuary also takes advantage of this.
Brood Monitor makes 3 Eldrazi scions and this can be repeated using the methods I mentioned above.
Manifold Key and Deepfathom Skulker have the ability to make creatures unblockable. The Skulker can also net you some cards.
Since you already run Vanquisher's Banner, why not run Icon of Ancestry as well? The Icon can also help grab some more creatures whenever you need them.
As a final note, Dread Defiler could be a worthy include cause it allows you to throw all your dead creatures at the opponents' face. Desolation Twin, when combined with methods mentioned above, can make a lot of 10/10 Eldrazi tokens.
Overall, this is a great deck, and it seems to be going pretty good!

Hey, interesting budget version of Vadrok.
Repeatable bounce effects for Vadrok are better than playing many subpar creatures with mutate just to be able to mutate. Crystal Shard and Portal of Sanctuary lets you repeatedly bounce Vadrok to mutate again, Shard can do it an instant speed. These permanents can be reanimated by Vadrok. Manifold Key can untap either of these artifacts or make mutated creature unblockable. Expensive price cards that do this are Cloudstone Curio and Equilibrium. Vadrok and Lore Drakkis are a great mutating pair when you can keep bouncing them. Instants that can bounce a creature can then become repeatable effects such as Snap and Capsize.
Creatures who have protection especially hexproof are good targets to mutate. Geist of Saint Traft is one of the best mutate targets and his attack ability can be powerful with flying Vadrok. Indestructible is another form of protection when mutating: Kefnet the Mindful, Adanto Vanguard and Darksteel Myr.
Mask of Memory can be repeatable draw and discard of a permanent or instant/sorcery to reanimate/recur. Mask is good with flying creatures. Can cast a 3 CMC Planeswalker with Vadrok. Narset, Parter of Veils is a powerful in multiplayer Commander. The Royal Scions can be repeatable draw/discard and pump.
Mirrormade is a very good budget copy effect in multiplayer Commander. Exotic Orchard, Shivan Reef, Prairie Stream, Sulfur Falls and Ash Barrens are budget lands to consider adding.

This seems like a neat budget Thasse deck.
The morph theme you decided to go for is interesting. I'd recommend adding some more reusable bounce effects. Some of your creatures already do that, but for more consistency, I'd recommend adding Crystal Shard, or Portal of Sanctuary as a more budget alternative.
I'd perhaps also look for some more creatures with some valueable ETBs. Someone already mentioned Agent of Treachery. I'm also a very big fan of Diluvian Primordial.
Lastly, I think Strionic Resonator could be a decent fit. It recently got reprinted, so it's fairly cheap now. You can either use it on Thassa's endstep trigger to flicker 2 creatures or use it on a creature ETB to double up its effect.

Okay, now the Mana Geode makes sense. I'd simply do an even mix of half Plains & half Islands because more color is better and it might worry your opponent that you might be running some sort of W/U control deck.
Artifacts are NOT really my thing, I've had a few all Artifact decks. But my suggestions would be simply what I know works.
Make it 4x Steel Overseer s If using Plains I'd have 4x Disenchant s, especially if they have anyway of taking your creatures i.e Agent of Treachery even worse if they are also using Portal of Sanctuary with it.
Shadowspear is fun. especially with Gingerbrute .
Altar of the Pantheon Also can work like Mana Geode . - Also its a Common.
Stonecoil Serpent especially for mid game.
Maybe one or two Dance of the Manse .

That could work. Vedalken Archmage + Words of Wind + 2x scarecrows = pay : each other player returns a permanent to their hand. Granted it is a 4-card combo. You could also go with Crystal Shard / Portal of Sanctuary . They don't combo as nicely, but they're still useful without the Archmage. You could also use them to save stuff on other people's turns. Not sure if it's worth the trade-off.
