Drivnod with a improved weaponry. If not going for Kokusho go for Bloodletter instead so that with drivnod normal Aristocrats does 4x the damage and if you happen to stumble upon Roaming Thoame have fun when someone board whips cause only you benefit.

Use artifact removal like Gate to phyrexia and Phyrexian Tribute to keep grave hate away like graffdigger and others. Use counterspells on rest in peace or other grave hate enchantments. Any grave hate creatures warent a kill spell, pick one there's plenty.
