Here's my idea on a Mill deck that you aren't marked as the threat as soon as your commander is out.

The goal here is to start slowly, just to show a friendly mill, nothing too scary.

UNTIL, you get to the big stuff. Once you're there, it is too late for the opponent to react since they have close to 0 cards in their librairy.

Here's a couple Combo availlable :

Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Traumatize

Target opponent mills half their library and then takes the other half and mills the entirety of that half too. TL;DR: Target opponent flips their library upside down.

Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Maddening Cacophony

Similar to the above, except instead of target opponent, it's EACH opponent. TL;DR: Each opponent flips their library upside down.

Tree of Perdition + Turn to Frog

Activate Tree to target an opponent that you'd want to have their life swapped with Tree's toughness, then on the stack target tree with Turn to Frog. Tree now has toughness of 1 - Tree ability on the stack, checks the Tree's 1 toughness, and exchanges it with targeted opponent's life total. This doesn't kill any opponent, but it puts them at any other player's mercy.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank

Duskmantle's first activated ability does damage to each opponent whenever a card hits an opponent's graveyard. Mindcrank mills when life is lost regardless of how it's lost. All that's needed to start the loop is 1 card going to an opponent's graveyard. Duskmantle's ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent, causing Mindcrank to trigger, forcing each opponent to mill 1, triggering Duskmantle again to ping for 1, infinitely until every opponent hits 0.

Eater of the Dead + Phenax, God of Deception

Eater of the Dead untaps itself for free as long as there are creatures in the graveyard. The idea is to use Eater to mill an opponent for 4, exile a creature from any graveyard, and untap it and repeat the process. Now this CAN end a game, however it doesn't work as efficiently against decks that don't run creatures. The math on this is if you want to deck at least 1 opponent from scratch, you need at least 23 creatures in all collective graveyards (23 x 4 = 92, + 7 cards in starting hand). That number dwindles down as cards are drawn, milled, played, exiled, etc so it helps this combo if you already have some work done and using this to close out a game.

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Sol Ring + Phenax, God of Deception

IMPRINT Dramatic sealed, infinite untap causing Phenax ability being used to mill everyone out.

Maddening Cacophony + Syr Konrad, the Grim

MC needs to be kicked. Each opponent splits their library in half and puts it into their graveyard. Konrad deals 1 damage to each opponent for each creature that enters any graveyard this way. If the collective total of creatures is 40+ (assuming opponents did not gain any life), you win the game.

Bitter Ordeal + Maddening Cacophony

Half opponents' libraries with MC(kicked) and then Bitter Ordeal someone at the table that's a threat/killed one of your creatures/countered one of your spells/looked at you wrong/don't like to exile the other half of that player's library. Gravestorm only checks for permanents hitting each graveyard, but when you do the math, in a 4-person pod, 3 of the 4 players milling half of a 60-80 card library should result in at least 50+ permanents hitting the graveyard. You eliminate 1 player this way and severely neuter the other 2.

Fraying Sanity + Traumatize

Fraying Sanity enchants an opponent where at the end of any turn, that opponent mills as many cards that went to the graveyard from anywhere that turn. Traumatize, as mentioned above, mills half the opponent's library, so at the end of the turn, they would have to mill just as many cards that just went in.

For my first playtest, I did not want to mulligan as I wanted to test the deck raw.

Unfortunately for me, I got unlucky with lands and was stuck with ONE swamp (and too many islands) for a couple turn on my first three games, causing me to miss-out on good card draw such as Phyrexian Arena or stuck with Dauthi Voidwalker in my hand. I was able to pull the Tree of Perdition + Turn to Frog combo, which my friend playing Mister Negative found really good for himself.

Fourth game was a little different, I was able to use Tree of Perdition and get it to 0/40 , meaning I can tap it to mill 40 cards from one opponent. I also got Dauthi Voidwalker out to steal Terisian Mindbreaker. Take all this and add Bruvac the Grandiloquent and it was a matter of deciding which two opponents to mill-out and one to keep for another turn. I finally won.

I want to make some changes such as Mortivore and Wight of Precinct Six because of the value coming out of milling opponents is insane. Terisian Mindbreaker is also a must.

I want to switch Entomb for another tutor(or more tutors in general...)
