This is an engine deck that wants to win turn 2-4 by either landing a Waste Not or hitting with Yidris. This deck is constructed to primarily consist of 0 and 1 cost spells along with wheels and find new cards. Yidris and Waste Not serve the same purpose, to find gas and turn wheels into cards, bodies and mana.

If Yidris connects, every mana dork, High Tide, or Brainstorm will cast one of the following:

• Chrome Mox
• Lion's Eye Diamond
• Lotus Petal
• Mana Crypt
• Mox Diamond
• Mox Opal
• Ancestral Vision
• Wheel of Fate

This generates 2 storm, and either gives you 3 cards or 1-3 mana. The deck plays 25 1 drops, so it is almost impossible not to have one. The extra mana you get will let you play another 1-3 one drops, allowing you to quickly generate 16 storm and a bunch of mana. Wheels allow you to hit more one drops, and thus more and more fast mana.

Waste Not works the same way. Each wheel generates tons of mana and draws tons of cards. To convert zombies and black mana into gas for the rest of the deck we have Blood Celebrant and Phyrexian Altar.

The deck converts these resources into a win by either reaching lethal storm and casting Tendrils of Agony or decking ourselves with Laboratory Maniac out. To further that, it has Doomsday to immediately win once you have enough mana and cards in hand.

The downside to these combos are a lack of low-cost interaction. The deck does not play Flusterstorm, Swan Song, Pact of Negation, etc. because they don't work with Yidris. This makes the deck a little more fragile and little worse at stopping an opponent with a better draw.
