Mishra allows you to get your artifacts into play under the tight restrictions of Neither Void, Ice Cave, Possibility Storm, Planar Chaos.

With Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery and Shimmer Myr the ability to flash in most of your deck in conjunction with Unwinding Clock, makes for pseudo extra turns, one of the most powerful multiplayer strategies.
