This is my Lord Windgrace deck with lots of land synergies and a reanimation sub-theme.

The Combos:

The Classic Beatdown: Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth + Concordant Crossroads

The Table Punch: Avenger of Zendikar + Purphoros, God of the Forge , throw in Ashnod's Altar + Corpse Dance if you need more damage.
