grixis sorta tribal edh, because why not?

HALP. i don't play blue. I have no idea what needs to go in there that is blue. Red and black? got it covered. Blue? not a clue. I could also use help with the mana base for blue.

I also know I'm missing some important stuff, so again, suggestions are welcome. I'm not trying to break the bank on this, and I'm not going for stupidly powerful combos.

I really need suggestions on what I should remove, to get the card count down. I also need to add tutors and land fetches. Therefore, ideas focusing on that would be of great value.
