Now that Paradox Engine is banned, I have included Umbral Mantle and Planar Bridge as an alternate combo.Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to generate infinite mana, then use that mana on Captain Sisay to cast every legend in the deck. Other dorks, Birds of Paradise ext. Help the process along. The remainder of the deck plays legendary creatures with global control abilities,such as Linvala, Keeper of Silence and Brisela, Voice of Nightmares, preventing other decks from functioning properly. The win condition is a combination of lock via Gaddock Teeg, Brisela, Voice of Nightmares, and draginlord dramoka paired with infinite recasting of Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre providing infinite life, mana, and permanent destruction with Miren, the Moaning Well and Voyaging Satyr. Inkmoth Nexus provides me with an alternative win condition should the need arise.
