Edgar Markov updated for M20's new vampires. The general idea is to play out 1-3 vampires and swing at the person you view as the biggest threat until they're dead. You don't really want to switch targets unless you have to. Save as many cards as possible, don't play stuff just because you have it. You don't want to be in a position where you've played out your hand and then you get wiped.

32 land and 6 rocks because of the super low curve.

I decided against Herald's Horn because I don't care about the cost reduction (doesn't matter most of the time) and I seem to never draw off of it. I also decided against Mentor of the Meek because of the anthem effects denying the draw. Phyrexian Arena is a good choice and would probably be in here if it weren't in another deck already.

If using Sorin, try to use his +1 abilities (preferably the first one) and actually cast vampires unless you really need to. I don't run other Sorins because planeswalkers are bad when your whole board turns sideways and this is an aggro deck.

Only remove things that will kill you or things that stop you from killing other people. Your supply is limited, don't squander it.
