This is the C17 Draconic Domination up-graded with a few cards that I have laying around to make it reach that 75-80% total possible power level (that is a fair baseline to follow for any playgroup). Some of these cards may have jumped in price so there is no guarantee these cards haven't spiked, I also try to keep most cards under $10 unless I had them on hand in my personal collection. Obviously you can swap out some of these for more power versions.

Lastly, given that most playgroups are going to be using these tribal decks for a few months or so, cards likes Patriarchs Bidding and things that help all players with tribal strategies are not on this list (also PB is not budget by my standards). Hope you all enjoy the upgrades and I will welcome any recommendations to improve the deck. Thanks!
