To start, I will say I am a proud student of Tolarian Academy's A Study In Slivers: Toolkit Sliver Commander. If you ever want to start a sliver commander deck, I believe that is the best place to begin.

With that said, I made a few changes.

Mostly, I'm worried about mana. This is my first attempt at making a five color commander deck and I'm not sure if I should have basics and, if I should, I'm not sure what should be removed for them.

Two cards I know I should have for this that I don't are Sliver Queen (with Mana Echoes which makes her a combo piece) and Sliver Legion. Both of those are too costly for a deck I'm not sure will even work. Might get them eventually, though.
