Blinking scarecrows is good, especially if you blink all of them at once. Eerie Interlude etc.
Mirror of Life Trapping makes all scarecrows enter the battlefield twice.
Clout of the Dominus or Pledge of Loyalty is cheap protection for the King. Spirit of Resistance is nice if the King is on the board.

No argument about Decimate! As long as we've got four legal targets when casting the spell, that sorcery is aces! I thought about Fallaji Wayfarer, since it IS all colors. It's only a 2/4 for , and I'm not sure how valuable its convoke ability is in a deck whose creatures want to turn sideways for the purposes of attacking, rather than convoking. Perhaps some gameplay may prove its worth. I plan to include Spirit of Resistance as soon as a copy becomes available. That card is amazing in a WUBRG build. Thanks for the feedback and suggestions! You have 12 Instants that could go into Isochron Scepter without any other changes. Lots of value on recasting.
Spirit of Resistance and Blessing of the Nephilim on general principle with a 5 color deck.

Cascading Cataracts would be really useful.
Cut Teferi's Protection. Add Solitary Confinement. Would be like a second copy of Spirit of Resistance that feeds the graveyard.
Cut Sudden Spoiling. Add Humility.
Cut Supreme Verdict. Add No Mercy.
Cut Bubble Matrix. Add Inner Sanctum.
Cut Mind's Eye. Add Sylvan Library or Rhystic Study.
Cut Mob Rule. Add Stranglehold.

hey TinyyTitan,
Curious on a few things, who is your commander for this deck? I didn't want to assume, as I was comparing this to my sliver deck Sliver me timbers as I don't see many sliver decks these days.
Noticed also that you are running 104 cards, you looking for suggestions for trimming down?
With running a near tribal sliver deck, cards like:
- The World Tree I could be not understanding the deck mechanics as this feels like an odd addition to look up god cards in a sliver deck?
- Hivestone wouldn't your changelings slivers?
- Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth your black mana cards are very few in the deck to need every mana count as a swamp. Cabal Coffers I see makes your mana base bigger, kinda see where you are going.
- Laboratory Maniac might be something to consider if you draw your deck and someone pulls a Fog type instant to nullify your sudden armada summoning.
This card Spirit of Resistance I'll be snagging for my deck, this is just a card to annoy my POD a little bit more.
I am more curious than criticizing.
