Hey I checked out your deck. :) I really like your Guardian Project and Spirit of Resistance tech! I might consider adding Guardian Project to my own.

You don't need a WUBRG permanent for Spirit of Resistance to work; you just need all five colors on the board between your permanents. I don't think you'll have a problem getting there.

Brutal_B: Thanks for the suggestions. I do particularly like Day of Destiny for the power boost. Unfortunately I do not have any 5 color permanents in my deck for Spirit of Resistance to be useful and the reason I do not have legendary lands like Eiganjo is because I value having a more consistent mana base to activate Sisay over utility.

I started puting together 5 color legendary tribal led by Jodah, Archmage Eternal and these are a couple cards I have included that I don't see on your list: Eiganjo Castle Day of Destiny Dragon Arch As Foretold Spirit of Resistance . A few to think about

Is this designed for 1v1 EDH or multiplayer EDH?

Looks like you're missing some of the staple draw / ramp cards for 5c Slivers.

Descendants' Path , Mirari's Wake , Smothering Tide , Herald's Horn (ramp and draw), Domri, Chaos Bringer , Cryptolith Rite all provide ramp in one form or another.

Guardian Project , Phyrexian Reclamation , Sylvan Library , Vanquisher's Banner , Distant Melody , Domri Rade , Kindred Discovery all provide draw in one form or another.

The Domri's are particularly compatible with Slivers, as each +/- ability is incredibly relevant to the creature heavy deck.

Spirit of Resistance and Pariah both combo with Sliver Hivelord to prevent you from taking any damage.

You DEFINITELY need to be running Cyclonic Rift . If you're playing Blue in EDH, that card needs to be in your deck. It's too good to ignore.

This is just some advice coming from a fellow Slivers player. My deck is about 75%, but it's mostly lands (shocks, fetches, duals) that I'm missing. Here's the list if you're interested.

You run both. You want both Paradox Engine + Intruder Alarm as well as Gemhide Sliver + Manaweft Sliver + Cryptolith Rite. This lets you get your combo out as consistently as possible, plus all of these individually massively help your game plan even if you aren't comboing out with them.

Training Grounds makes your commander's ability immensely more usable. Helps with a few of the activation costs from Slivers as well, like Necrotic Sliver.

I also play 5c Slivers with Overlord as the Commander.

Here are some cards I'd suggest with that experience in mind:

Descendants' Path is a great draw engine. Mirari's Wake buffs your slivers and doubles your mana. Phyrexian Reclamation lets you pull Slivers from your yard. Shared Animosity is one of the best one sided buffs you can give your Slivers. Steely Resolve for an additional way to give them all hexproof. Spirit of Resistance combos with Sliver Hivelord making it so you cannot lose the game. Konda's Banner gives +2/+2 to all slivers when attached to a 5c sliver. Vanquisher's Banner is a draw engine and buffs your slivers. Distant Melody draws a ton, Domri Rade serves many roles and is very cheap to play, Cyclonic Rift belongs in any EDH list with blue in it. Shaman of Forgotten Ways is a good ramper, helps to hit 5 colors and has a win-con attached to it. I also run a Birds of Paradise for color fixing.

This deck doesn't look to be a budget deck, except in your lands. That's okay, that's exactly how my deck is as well. Here are some good cards to make fixing 5 colors easier:

The Vivid land cycle: Vivid Crag Vivid Creek Vivid Grove Vivid Marsh Vivid Meadow. 5 lands that can tap for any color twice.

The Triple Taplands: Seaside Citadel, Arcane Sanctum, Crumbling Necropolis, Savage Lands, Jungle Shrine, Sandsteppe Citadel, Mystic Monastery, Opulent Palace, Nomad Outpost, Frontier Bivouac.

The cheaper 5c lands: Ancient Ziggurat, Cascading Cataracts, City of Brass, Command Tower, Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse + (only) 1 of each basic, Exotic Orchard, Grand Coliseum, Mirrodin's Core, Path of Ancestry, Rupture Spire, Sliver Hive, Transguild Promenade, Gateway Plaza, Unclaimed Territory, Unknown Shores.

Running a combination of all of these means you only need 1 of each basic, and you'll have no problem hitting 5 colors asap. There are better ways to build the mana pool for 5c Slivers, but it costs thousands of dollars worth of lands.

Anyways, love what you've got going on so far. Hope your table hates playing against this deck as much as my table hates playing against mine, haha.

Cryptolith Rite is a pretty solid way to shore up your mana, basically copy 3 of Manaweft Sliver/Gemhide Sliver.

In the same vein, Mirari's Wake really helps to ramp up, both your mana base and your creatures.

Herald's Horn lowers the cost of your Slivers and provides repeatable draw. Very useful.

Phyrexian Reclamation is a repeatable way to return cards from your graveyard.

Shared Animosity doesn't affect your opponents creatures, like Coat of Arms does.

Spirit of Resistance works great with 5c commanders. In particular, it's an amazing combo with Sliver Hivelord.

Paradox Engine gives you essentially an unlimited combo with Sliver Overlord, letting you put all of the Slivers in your entire library into play if you've got Manaweft Sliver/Gemhide Sliver/Cryptolith Rite in play. Even if you don't have the combo pieces in play, it can provide a ton of value.

Distant Melody and Wheel of Fortune are such good draw cards that they're hard to pass up.

I too play a Sliver EDH deck, so these are some suggestions that I've learned from experience can be rather powerful.
