A commander deck, based around Phenax and his unique ability to make anything a mill card. The deck has multiple mill combos included, is really powerful early game with most hands, and has a lot of fun graveyard shenanigans but is usually either dead or victorious by midgame. Mana consistency and card draw are currently the biggest weaknesses.

Still too inconsistent. Considering Thassa, God of the Sea for greater control over each turn's draw. Draw fix - Rhystic Study? Can be tutored out. Mystical Tutor for greater control?
