Estrid, the Masked enchantress deck. The deck is mostly a midrange value deck that tries to win the long game but it can assemble several combos/synergies that can potentially lock up a game:

Decree of Silence + Solemnity - this a potential hard lock on the game since decree will counter everything without getting any depletion counters.

Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity - prevents me from losing via any damage or life loss.

The Chain Veil + Estrid, the Masked + enchant lands - creates infinite mana and can reuse estrid’s ultimate to put all our enchantments onto the field and assemble the decree of silence + solemnity lock. (Very similar to the teferi + chain veil combo). If Estrid has an even number of loyalty counters, you will need an additional piece to use the mana (as you won’t be able to get her to 7 to use the ultimate and recast from the command zone each time multiple times). In this case Thrasios, Triton Hero or Arch of Orazca can draw your deck using the infinite mana. Alternatively Garruk Wildspeaker can give you infinite overruns and turn any creatures to lethal attackers.
