This is a fairly competitive multiplayer combo commander deck. I built Narset, Enlightened Master with the philosophy of just try to win the game before your opponents have time to deal with Narset, Enlightened Master. The deck ideally plays out by ramping with a lot of fast mana rocks (Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Mox Diamond ect.} and casting a turn 2-3 Narset, Enlightened Master. Once Narset, Enlightened Master attacks, the deck should mostly play its self (unless of course you rip nothing but lands or mana rocks off the top). The deck will continually chain extra combats (World at War, Waves of Aggression and extra turns (Temporal Manipulation. Time Stretch) to either win through commander damage, or set up one of two win combos.

The first and fastest win "combo" is Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. The best way to win with this is to first cast Enter the Infinite to draw the entire deck. Next put Omniscience back at the last card on top of your library, then get an extra combat step with Fury of the Horde by exiling two red cards from your hand. Once you have Omniscience in play, cast Jace, Wielder of Mysteries The other way to combo win with the deck is with the same set up as before, but now take infinite turns with Nexus of Fate or Beacon of Tomorrows.

Narset, Enlightened Master is weak to counter magic, so we have a full weep of our own to protect her on the way in. Defense Grid and Teferi, Time Raveler are our best bet to beat the other blue decks.

This has been a long work in progress for me, and I am quite happy with the outcome. It is a super fun deck to play (maybe not for the opponents though), and is a great example of the big and flashy things you only get to do in a game of commander.
