When Muxus, Goblin Grandee enters the battlefield, reveal the top six cards of your library. Put all Goblin creature cards with converted mana cost/mana value 5 or less from among them onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Whenever Muxus attacks, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each other Goblin you control.

Here are a few cards I think you should consider:
Umbral Mantle, it's basically a cheaper Sword of the Paruns
Staff of Domination, it's also Sword of the Paruns but with a side of High Market and Skullclamp
Pashalik Mons, it plays like a Goblin Sharpshooter
Hordeling Outburst offers 3 goblins for 3 mana, better than Goblin Rally at 4 goblins for 5 mana, Goblin War Party even offers 3 goblins for 4 mana with a modular alternative.
Heraldic Banner and Patriar's Seal, colored mana ramp with a side of +1/+0 or untap respectively.
Quest for the Goblin Lord, a cheap and easy way to get +2/+0 on all your creatures. It helps the deck win even when you don't manage infinite.
Goblin Recruiter, tutor for goblins is terrific for the deck and stacks the top of your library letting you add Muxus, Goblin Grandee, you could play Goblin Recruiter and put 7 Goblins on top of your library, draw Muxus and either play him normally or cheat him with Warren Instigator or Goblin Lackey to cheat the top 6 Goblins on your library.
Mirage Mirror, it's more of what you want in the deck.

wallisface I'm not sure comparing the overall best nonlegendary creatures to all creatures is quite the right comparison. Legendary creatures in general tend to be more powerful than non legendary creatures in general. By comparing the average strength of legendaries to the average strength of all creatures (which may actually be impossible to standardize and express numerically), I think it's reasonable to say that legendary creatures as a whole are better than nonlegendary creatures as a whole. Atraxa, Grand Unifier, Griselbrand, Omnath, Locus of Creation, Lurrus of the Dream-Den, Muxus, Goblin Grandee, and Leovold, Emissary of Trest are a small sampling of legendary creatures that have influence (or bans) in multiple formats.
Some individual nonlegendary creatures might break the ceiling of most legendary creatures, but the general floor for legendaries is much higher, and the ceiling is comparable if not also higher. Competitive formats are built around "the best" cards, but there are a lot more nonlegendary creatures by number and proportion that aren't "the best".

I would add 4 Legion Loyalist because Goblin Piledriver and Goblin Rabblemaster don't have trample. Also if you are going to add Warren Instigator I'd add Goblin Lackey as well and add Muxus, Goblin Grandee I'm also not understanding why Spikeshot Elder is in here. Seems like alot of Mana for not much of a payout. Hope this helps

Welcome to the club!
With an average mana value of about 3, and thirty lands, you need both more lands and more ramp. Go to at least 34 lands and add some more land searching. Anything from Rampant Growth through Farseek to Three Visits works.
To get these spots open, I would start by reviewing all of the cards that cost 5+ mana and asking how each of them directly contributes to a win. If they don't help you force damage through, or deal damage, or create a big pile of tokens with haste, consider dropping them. Second, you have a lot of tribal support cards, especially in Elves and Goblins, that seem like they aren't pulling their weight. This deck just doesn't have the critical mass of those creature types to really let them shine. How much mileage do you regularly get out of Elvish Warmaster or Muxus, Goblin Grandee?

Muxus, Goblin Grandee is pretty great albeit high cmc when paired with Goblin Recruiter it can basically be considered a win con.
Also given you run Mana Echoes and Ashnod's Altar it may also be worth using Chromatic Orrery to make better use of the colorless pips. Unless you just plan on just going infinite with Staff of Domination or something along those lines then Chromatic Orrey isn't that necessary.

Alright alright so I got asked to give a bunch of suggestions so here we go. Hoo boy. Gonna try to keep most suggestions low on budget but will include the best slightly expensive cards. First the draw pieces you missed: Rundvelt Hordemaster, Dark-Dweller Oracle, Skullclamp, Subira, Tulzidi Caravanner, Reforge the Soul, Conspicuous Snoop, You Find Some Prisoners. The only actual good ones you got in this draft are Idol of Oblivion and Wheel of Misfortune imo, though most are servicable.
Tutors: these beauties can find your best wincons or draw pieces or whatever else you might need most of the time. Goblin Engineer, Goblin Matron, Goblin Recruiter. And are surprisingly affordable.
Next up ramp: Mana doublers are too slow for a deck as fast as Krenko, and you don't have the card draw to support such cards in mono-red. Not really. Also with the 4 mana commander having 2 mana ramp becomes much, much more valued. Cheering Fanatic, Liquimetal Torque, Generator Servant, Wily Goblin, Infernal Plunge, Fire Diamond (Yes I know, I think it's fine here).
Haste: Giving Krenko (and his tokens) haste literally puts you a turn ahead over not having it. Crashing Drawbridge, Ashling's Prerogative (Even gives tokens haste too), Generator Servant (multipurpose? Whoa), Goblin Chieftain, Goblin Motivator, Lightning Greaves, Mass Hysteria, Thousand-Year Elixir (tad pricey but repeatable Krenko seems good) Bloodlust Inciter.
Wincons: gotta end the game somehow. Combo's are good: Breath of Fury, Staff of Domination, Thornbite Staff, Umbral Mantle are the best combo lines for Krenko afaik. If not/next to combo, we have good old damage: Coat of Arms, Eldrazi Monument, Impact Tremors, Obelisk of Urd, Skirk Fire Marshal, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Shared Animosity, Devilish Valet, Quest for the Goblin Lord, Throne of the God-Pharaoh.
If we let our opponents do whatever they want we'll have trouble winning, even with our speed. Luckily red has quite some options. Don't forget Liquimetal Torque can turn things into artifacts so we can shoot them easier. Abrade, Chaos Warp, Gempalm Incinerator (great removal spell, terrible creature), Goblin Assassin (wipes the floor with creature decks), Goblin Bombardment, Goblin Cratermaker, Goblin Sharpshooter, Goblin Trashmaster, Goblin Welder (hits opponents too), Mogg Salvage, Pashalik Mons, Skirk Fire Marshal (your board survives this with Coat of Arms or Eldrazi Monument), Furystoke Giant, Shattering Spree, better than Vandalblast, Wild Magic Surge.
Best Utility Lands: Great Furnace, Buried Ruin, Path of Ancestry, Castle Embereth.

Heirloom Blade, Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Blood Moon, Brash Taunter, Impulsive Pilferer, Jeska's Will, Goblin Chirurgeon, Goblin Sledder, Mogg Raider, Pyroblast, Red Elemental Blast, Tibalt's Trickery, Mogg War Marshal, Legion Loyalist, Legion Warboss, Brash Taunter, Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip, Hobgoblin Bandit Lord, Muxus, Goblin Grandee (idk at what math this is good I'm sure someone did it already somewhere on the internet), Siege-Gang Commander, Zo-Zu the Punisher, Goblin Ringleader, Goblin Piledriver, Arms Dealer, Grotag Night-Runner, Goblin King (get 5th or 6th edition art btw).

Removed Trained Orgg although sentimental to me, most matches are over before it comes out. Removed Magma Jet removed Raging Goblin and replaced them with more goblin tribal Muxus, Goblin Grandee Goblin Ringleader and the venerable Goblin Chainwhirler hope to get some play in soon with the new setup!

Im gonna go ahead and list off some goblins that I think will be great additions to your deck, while also trying to keep them mostly cheap to acquire. Goblin Matron, Goblin Warchief, Goblin Trashmaster, Siege-Gang Commander, Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, Goblin Ringleader, Goblin Recruiter, Goblin Instigator, Muxus, Goblin Grandee, Warren Instigator
Token Generation: Dragon Fodder, cheap, creates more goblins. Nuff said.
Removal: Chaos Warp. Mono red staple.
Burn: Massive Raid, great way to cut an opponents hp pool down to size or act as a finisher. Also can serve as targeted removal in a pinch.
Impact Tremors, I cannot recommend this card enough for your deck! It fits in soo well.
Carddraw: Hazoret's Monument also doubles as discount! Endless Atlas card draw for practically no downside.
Haster: Fervor, much harder to remove than your goblins that add haste. A solid card for any red aggro deck.
