Card swaps (Out - In)
on The "M" Deck

This is a fun little deckbuilding constraint.
I did a Gatherer search, and found there are a couple different sacrifice outlets you can use. Here are the best ones from that list:
- Makeshift Munitions - with a cost of 1, this is more efficient than Mortarpod
- Marsh Flitter and Mogg Raider - both allow you to sacrifice Redcap as many times as you want without a mana investment, though they are both dead cards without Redcap on the field.
- Mind Slash can be problematic for opponents, but its activation mana cost is fairly restrictive.

Sweet deck! I would strongly suggest Goblin Sledder and its functional reprint Mogg Raider . Not only do they make blocking your goblins incredibly difficult, but they are critical free sac outlets for your Wort and Grave Pact synergies. Moggcatcher is a bit slow, but could be very useful if you're building combos around Krenko, KikiJiki, or the most powerful goblin ever printed, Skirk Prospector ;)

The piles are flexible.
Priest of Gix or Priest of Urabrask or Overeager Apprentice + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (tap to make a copy of the priest) + Goblin Sledder or Mogg Raider (sac to itself to give Grenzo +1/+1 until the end of turn) + Zealous Conscripts (untap Kiki and make infinite Conscripts)
Priest of Gix or Priest of Urabrask or Overeager Apprentice + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (tap to make a copy of the priest) + Skirk Prospector + Murderous Redcap (sac Redcap and Kiki to Prospector and with Redcap's Persist trigger on the stack use Grenzo's ability again) + Metallic Mimic (the +1/+1 from Mimic will cancel out -1/-1 from redcap's persist for infinite direct damage when sacrificed to Prospector).

Doomsday has the most amazing synergy with Grenzo's ability. Cast Doomsday and build the pile from the bottom up starting with Priest of Gix or Priest of Urabrask, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, (tap Kiki to make a copy of the priest), Mogg Raider or Goblin Sledder (sacrificed to itself to give Grenzo +1/+1 until end of turn) and then Zealous Conscripts (targeting and untapping Kiki starting the Kiki/Conscripts infinite). You can also use a similar Doomsday pile with Metallic Mimic, Murderous Redcap and Skirk Prospector.

Changing it up a bit!
Urabrask the Hidden out. The Hammer and Ensnaring Bridge is a better combo I think.

Aetherion99 Super late response and it isn't even my deck, but the main doomsday pile is from top to bottom: Dark Ritual, Zealous Conscripts, Goblin Sledder or Mogg Raider, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Priest of Gix. When you cast Doomsday you need two mana floating to activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden the first time. Once Doomsday resolves use your two mana to activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and put the Priest of Gix from the bottom of your library into play. Now you have three black floating. Use two of it to activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and put Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker from the bottom of your library into play. Activate him and copy the Priest of Gix, which triggers making three more black. You now have four black floating. Activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden once more paying two more black (now floating two black) and put Goblin Sledder into play. Use his ability and sacrifice himself to give Grenzo, Dungeon Warden +1/+1 until end of turn. This gives Grenzo a power of three and thus you can spend your last two black to activate Grenzo, Dungeon Warden one last time and put Zealous Conscripts into play. Gain control of your own Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and untap him. Then use his ability to copy the conscripts, gain control of Kiki again and untapped him, and so on and so forth. Then attack your opponents for copious amounts of damage with some absurd amount of Zealous Conscripts. The dark ritual is there as a fail safe if your combo gets disrupted. There are other piles without Kiki that use Metallic Mimic naming goblin along with Murderous Redcap and Skirk Prospector, with the Priest of Gix and Priest of Urabrask making the mana. The Redcap can be sacrificed any number of times to the prospector as it returns with persist and the +1/+1 counter from the mimic counteracts the -1/-1 counter from persist. The damage trigger on Murderous Redcap is used to kill your opponents. If you don't have conscripts you do the same pile as the previous example but you can use kiki in place of the Priest of Urabrask.
