The thing with Krenko is... there are no combos under 3 cards available (except for Zealous + Kiki), and we lack tutors to find them, meaning it is difficult for Krenko to be good on competitive tables. If you wanted your list to be considered more, you are lacking the best tutor red has access to, Imperial Recruiter.
Another problem with mono red is draw, but at least that is well covered in your deck. However, Wheel of Fate is too slow, and you are missing Reforge the Soul. I would cut Wheel of Fate for Imperial Recruiter and Burn at the Stake for Reforge the Soul, since the burn spell can only hit one player and assumes you have a lot of tokens on the battlefield, which will be difficult in competitive games.
Also, you are missing two good goblin sac outlets that can be tutored by your other goblins and are also combo pieces, Goblin Sledder and Mogg Raider. I would cut Reckless One for one of them and would look for another combat reliant goblin like this to cut for the second one.
I would also add more ways to give haste to your creatures that can be played before Krenko. By that I mean haste enablers costing 3 or less mana: Fervor, Hammer of Purphoros, Mass Hysteria and the best you are missing IMO (cause it can slow down opponents at the same time) Ashling's Prerogative.
Last but not least part of my comment, you are missing fast mana in the like of Mana Crypt, Chrome Mox, Mox Opal, Mana Vault and maybe Mox Diamond. This will help getting to your commander faster, accelerating your game plan, and are essential in all competitive decks, since all others run them, if you are not running them you will be behind.

Love the concept so +1, although I do have some suggestions.
Having not played a ton of pauper, I don't know for sure. But if it is not banned, Goblin Grenade is obligatory. 5 damage to the face transcends almost every burn spell you can use in a deck like this.
The bushwhackers and war marshals should be at 4 count, as they are insanely good at ending games if you have a board full of goblins.
Goblin Sledder, Goblin Cohort, should be moved to being a 4-of, because if you aren't casting creatures, something went wrong and cards like Sledder make sure that no matter how your opponent blocks the damage hits.
Those are some suggestions, let me know if you need anymore help, especially if it;s for what to cut.

I think you may be onto something with Defense Grid and Revoker. Both are extremely relevant. I've usually used Victimize as my backup plan when doing Kiki/Conscripts. As for Worldgorger, it's a more devoted all-in combo, so if it fails, usually, it's game over. I think that's why I wouldn't use Mirror of Fate, though I do like it for the more casual variant that can play more the reliable game. I can only play the speed game myself.
Along that line, if you can splurge for Thoughtseize and Duress (though Duress is cheap), they make good hand hate over the creature version, because it means you can pluck the card they can use to win before they use it. And unlike the creature versions, they can't get it back without working for it.
If you're looking for a duplicate effect for Sledder, consider Mogg Raider - easier on the Ad Naus plan, and does literally the same thing. That way you're still using one drops.
Biggest issue with Devil's Play is that it's Sorcery speed, so you can't do it in response to Worldgorger's ETB/LTB effects. You have to hope to bring something else in for flickering or something else for the damage. So if you're looking for redundancy there, I used to use Siege-Gang Commander, but even something like Comet Storm would work.
No problem on the reminders - figured it was either forgotten about or it was budget constraints. Wasn't sure which, but since both are decently cheap, I always recommend them to other fast mana decks.
And glad to hear you'll be updating. Let me know what works, what doesn't. I'm always up for discussing interesting ideas - and I've had quite a bit of feedback on Grenzo. Which is hilarious, because he's still just a Rakdos deck - but still holds a good place in cEDH ;)

Yep, you definitely need a sac outlet. There's no shortage of them in this particular deck (Goblin Chirurgeon, Goblin Lookout, Goblin Sledder, Mogg Fanatic, Mogg Raider, Skirk Prospector, Goblin Bombardment, Ashnod's Altar etc).

While this is not a bad idea, there are many more goblins that are just better than what you currently have. I would cut out mardu scout, freerunner, lookout, raging and subterranean. And run the following in their place:

Battle Hymn For big plays
Mountain 35 land weren't cutting it.
Teetering Peaks Land that had an additional use.
Goblin Burrows Land that made a goblin bigger.
Goblin Sledder Sacrifice Outlet
Mogg Raider Sacrifice Outlet
Goblin Diplomats Force opponents to attack.
Sensation Gorger When hand is empty on upkeep there's a good chance to draw 4 cards.
Shattering Pulse Usually quick enough to win before most artifacts become a problem.
Vandalblast Same as above.
Thermopod Played for ability, Cost is to mana intensive.
Hellrider 1 damage per attacking creature is great, Though the alpha strike will usually kill people just as quick.
Banefire Not really necessary.
Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician Worked well until opponents started killing important goblins with chump blocks.
Slate of Ancestry only used once. Never wanted to discard hand. Never wanted to draw that many cards.
Mindmoil Never used, was much to random. Replaced with Sensation Gorger.

That's just the printing Shakunjin. It's data says R like the card was originally printed as, but the card itself has to stay the RR version as all Anthologies Mogg Raiders are like that. You can just tag the Tempest one to get Mogg Raider.
