Consumptive Goo's effectiveness is questionable. It costs 4 mana, so how many times can you hope to activate it a turn? Is it just to shoot down 1-toughness creatures? Kind of same prob w/ Festercreep. Predator Ooze is also a gamble. When can you actually cast it? 3 green? Plague Wind is a strictly worse In Garruk's Wake.
So yeah, just a couple criticisms there. Either justify them, or I may have a few suitable replacements.

Really like the deck. A few budget cards I find useful in my counter deck: Cauldron of Souls and Inspiring Call help you protect against crearure removal. Since you will be able to take off the -1 counters you can keep bringing them back after death. I am suprised to see how little graveyard reccursion there is considering your running the best colors for it. Necromantic Summons is good and gets you the creature back with some counters already on it. Your gonna want ways to bring creatures back since they will be big targets after they get huge. Lifecrafter's Gift hits all your creatures instead of one. Savage Summoning can surprise opponents with a blocker or just play a creature on end step before your turn so your creature doesnt have summoning sickness. Best used on a card thats really scary and does alot for you since it cant be countered. Scavenging Ooze graveyard removal and gets big quick. Festercreep since your dudes will be pretty big he can get rid of most of the board or just the pesky tokens.

First of all, cool deck, I like +1/+1 counter strategies a lot.
Couple of suggestions: I would run some board wipes that don't kill your stuff as much. For example, your creatures will be pretty big so Languish and Festercreep will work pretty well. Also consider Black Sun's Zenith so you can pump just enough mana into it to kill everything else but your stuff. For cards guaranteed not to hit you, try In Garruk's Wake.
Also, since you are doing a +1/+1 counter I might switch out some of those planeswalkers with more relevant ones like Ajani Steadfast or Nissa, Voice of Zendikar who can both slap counters on all your stuff the turn they come out. Gideon of the Trials is great in standard, but if he's the only Gideon you run, not really worth the slot in EDH. Also, Liliana of the Veil becomes much weaker in a multiplayer format like EDH, since all but one of her abilities only target one player, so consider replacing her with some more relevant walkers.
Your creature base looks pretty awesome here, love the inclusions of all the abzan +1/+1 keyword ability dudes, but you did leave out Abzan Battle Priest. I'd also consider Gyre Sage for some extra ramp, as well as some hydras for game-ending power. My top picks for hydras here are Kalonian Hydra and Primordial Hydra.

As long as they have been printed as a common you can use them. It doesn't matter if they've changed rarity or not. I would increase the land count. Also a Tormod's Crypt for graveyard hate. Maybe some more draw options. Death's-Head Buzzard is a decent board wipe on a stick (so many common creatures have a toughness of one). Festercreep is also a good one.
