My attempt on Zur. I wanted to build a Zur deck, which is not completely dependant on the commander. SO I put in some Enchantments to pick with Zur and build the rest of the Deck to be Esper control with some fatties. Being able zu Fetch with Zur is a nice extra to playing an Esper deck.

Notable combos are: Necropotence and Zur's Weirding. Other player's carddraw can be influenced, yours not. Necropotence and Solitary Confinement. Both deny the drawstep. And you will always have cards to discard. Merieke Ri Berit and Minamo, School at Water's Edge - Can be used to kill creatures. What im not playing is Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista. I don't like the concept of 2 Cards randomly ending the game.
