Pretty solid deck that is tons of fun to play. Just mill out your opponent and get some huge creatures that scale based on that - or reanimate them. Or Bing them back with the commander.

There's a handful of game winning combos that only really need two cards:

Mill Combos:

Combo 1: Bruvac + Maddening Cacophany = instant full mill on ALL opponents.
Combo 2: Bruvac + Traumatize = Mill all except 1 card for 1 opponent.
Combo 3: Fraying Sanity + Maddening Cacophany = mill 1 player at end of turn + half library of others
Combo 4: Fraying Sanity + Traumatize = mill all except 1 card for 1 player at end of turn.

Even if you can't fully mill at any point with those, you have creatures that feed off of graveyard sizes (Consuming Aberration, Mortivore, Nighthowler, Sewer Nemesis). You also get graveyard recursion with your commander, brainstealer dragon, and instants/sorceries (memory plunder, animate dead, necromancy, extract from darkness, from the catacombs, reanimate). Plenty of defensive spells and boardwipes in case things get out of hand elsewhere too.

There is also an infinite damage combo in here that only needs 2 cards:
