Since I will get the Secret Lair Drop "Black is Magic" with Shalai, Voice of Plenty in the near Future I tried to make up a Commander Deck around her. This Deck includes some nice Mechanics revolving around +1/+1 Counter like Hamza, Guardian of Arashin , Gnarlid Colony or Bramblewood Paragon as well as some Token producer likes Divine Visitation or Court of Grace . Furthermore the whole Deck resolves around the Angel - Tribe which was especially boosted with the new cards from Kaldheim.
This deck tries to generate a favorable Board-Position in the first turns of the game by playing several different small creatures, which can generate some boni for creatures with +1/+1-Counters, including Gnarlid Colony , Ainok Bond-Kin , Bramblewood Paragon or Tuskguard Captain . In the Mid- and Late-game the deck tries to cast several different big Angels, like Angel of Destiny , Herald of War or Valkyrie Harbinger . Especially with Kaldheim several good Cards for an Angel-Tribal were printed, e.g. Starnheim Aspirant or Youthful Valkyrie , which can help with this theme. All Creatures can be further boosted by my Commander , Akroma, Vision of Ixidor or Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn with the help of +1/+1-Counters and other abilities.
This deck has different options to ramp into the bigger Angles, aside of some Artifact-Ramp-Staples like Sol Ring or Arcane Signet . Some Cost-Reductors like Starnheim Aspirant , Hamza, Guardian of Arashin or Herald of War were included alongside Mana-Jerks like Honored Hierarch or Incubation Druid . Furthermore I chose to inlcude Mirari's Wake and Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter . The inclusion of these different Ramp-options allows the deck to play the bigger Angles relatively early in the Game alongside my Commander and boost them with his ability.
As soon as I chose Shalai, Voice of Plenty as my Commander I had to find creatures which could be boosted with +1/+1-Counters. Since I had Akroma, Vision of Ixidor , Radiant, Archangel and Radiant, Serra Archangel along some other Angles in my Collection I decided to resolve this Deck around the Angel-Tribe. Since this Tribe was further boosted in Kaldheim with Cards like Youthful Valkyrie , Resplendent Marshal , Starnheim Aspirant , Starnheim Unleashed , Righteous Valkyrie and Valkyrie Harbinger , I could create a nice synergistic deck.
I have some ideas for other inclusions, but I simply don't know which cards I should remove from the deck for them. These cards include:

All in all this deck contains many synergies resolving around the +1/+1-Counter theme as well as the Angel-Tribal theme and thus has several interesting plays at his disposal. With the help of the different Ramp-Options and the included Removal it can hold it's position until the bigger Angels arrive and close up the game. Since all my Creatures get bigger over time with the ability of Shalai, Voice of Plenty and all my attackers have at least Flying if not Trample from Gnarlid Colony or other similiar cards, it's very difficult to prevent all combat damage. I think a second alternative Win Condition could be helpful, but I'm currently at a loss what I should include to make this feasible.

Updates Add

I made a big makeover for this deck and got rid of nearly all cards which produce Tokens. Instead I focused more on the +1/+1-Counters with Cards like Tuskguard Captain or Ainok Bond-Kin to make the most out of Shalai's ability. Furthermore I included many new Angels from Kaldheim like Youthful Valkyrie and some older Angels like Herald of War to create an Angel-Tribal-Deck.
