I have a few ideas for you. The Asian inspired Magic plane is Kamigawa, so I'd look at those cards first. And the characters Mu Yanling and Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter were designed for China. Also they did anime style alternate arts for a Jace vs Chandra duel deck once. Happy gathering :)

[Str8Enable] Yeah I've really been considering splashing green in. Partly for those dual lands that give you life and also because there are some really good green and green/white cards that I think could work well here. I really want to put in Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter , Vivien of the Arkbow , Pledge of Unity , Ajani, the Greathearted , and Emmara, Soul of the Accord . But I'm not sure what I'd cut to get those in. Do you have any recommendations?

Some more ramp would probably be helpful considering how many big spells you've included. Rishkar, Peema Renegade , Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter , Gyre Sage , Incubation Druid .

You could easily turn this into a proliferate/adapt deck. As good as Domri's Ambush is, red really doesn't give you that much that white couldn't also give you.

Here are some cards I'd recommend: Ajani, the Greathearted , Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter , Merfolk Skydiver , Evolution Sage (combos really well with Fabled Passage ), and maybe Prime Speaker Vannifar .

I know, I know, I hate to recommend it...

But with that being said, it looks like you're playing a lot of proliferate and big creatures with trample, so I'd recommend some infection. You don't have to change too much of the deck, but a few cards here and there can be the difference between doing a lot of damage to someone and killing them outright.

  • Phyrexian Swarmlord . He has infect, he makes mini-infectors for every poison counter out there. It's great. You can even use your commander to buff up the small ones so that you don't have to swing with Swarmlord himself!

  • Triumph of the Hordes . This card can cause you to kill everyone out of nowhere. Swing in at everyone for a lot of damage, they'll usually block enough to live assuming regular damage. This card makes it a lot harder for your opponents to do that.

  • Melira, Sylvok Outcast . This card gives all your creatures infect. It can also counter other infect players. Just a good creature overall that will demand removal over your commander.

  • Lastly, Spinebiter and Blighted Agent . They allow you to give someone some poison counters which you can proliferate off of to win!

If you're not looking to use infect to win, then I'd still recommend a few cards that are cheap:

  • Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter . This gives all your creatures with +1 counters the ability to create mana. Free ramp!

  • Leyline of Anticipation . Casting at instant speed is very powerful. It reduces the amount of time between attacking and letting your opponents interact with your board.

  • Last but not least! Rashmi, Eternities Crafter . Just a good value card that can help you to draw an extra card each turn or even cast something big!

As a disclaimer, some of these are not perfect 1:1 replacements. Essentially, any card on the remove side can be swapped for any card in the replace side. Remove-Replace Blind Obedience - Kismet : Slowing down your opponent's lands is huge and will make you "faster" in comparison

Good-Fortune Unicorn - Collective Effort : GFU is just too small of an effect to take up a slot here. CE is more flexible, plus at instant speed.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard - Bloodspore Thrinax : Yisan needs a deck built for her, which this def isn't. Thrinax replaces the Unicorn.

Tolsimir Wolfblood - Leyline of Abundance : Tolsimir is just too weak for what he does. The leyline works well with your mana dorks.

Huatli's Raptor - Mikaeus, the Lunarch : HR is low cost, which implies it will come out early, but it really works best midgame. Mikaes scales to any point in the game and can proliferate faster with all your "untap creatures" effects.

Anafenza, the Foremost - Myth Realized : Ana is simply too narrow. Myth will give you a strong creature even if someone wipes all the creatures on the field.

Hadana's Climb  Flip- Luminarch Ascension : Hadana is nice, but mana-hungry and a bit slow for what it does. LA can churn out angels as early as turn 4 if you can get atraxa out before it.

Temple of the False God - Gavony Township : 4 color decks don't like temple, as a rule, but Gavony is a great mana sink late game

Eternity Vessel - Cauldron of Souls : Since +1/+1 counters negative counters, you'll always be able to save your creatures from a wipe with Persist.

Contentious Plan - Solidarity of Heroes : Even if you never use the strive cost, instant speed doubling can win you the game with an unblocked creature and 1 G mana.

Inexorable Tide - Unbreakable Formation : IT is flashy, but slow to build up. UF is cheap, can save your creatures from a wipe, and if cast during your main phase, basically gives you a free combat round with no consequences.

Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter - Oona's Blackguard : Yanguu is too slow and vulnerable. OB can really slow down your opponents when they're losing cards each turn.

Caustic Caterpillar - Black Sun's Zenith : You have tons of artifact/enchantment removal and without graveyard recursion, CC is just too small. BSZ can be cast for X=1 and then can be proliferated. Plus it recurs itself.

Lighthouse Chronologist - Inspiring Call : Don't kid yourself with extra turns. Saving all of your creatures while drawing cards is where it's at.

A few cards I found that would work great in this deck, but had no easy replacements: Gleam of Authority , Together Forever , Orochi Hatchery , Citadel Siege , and (I know you used to have it here) Vorel of the Hull Clade

I mean this in the kindest way: I think you're packing too many big guns without enough ramp and utility. I don't think 4 ramp spells, especially Legendary ones, are sufficient to crank out creatures fast enough, let alone protect them and disrupt opponents.

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood seems like a good fit here, as does Utopia Sprawl . And you really can't go wrong with Birds of Paradise , either, but Llanowar Elves or Elvish Mystic will work just was well. I'd encourage you to run at least 6x ramp spells. I'm speaking from my experience trying to build Elf Warrior Tribal, mono-green +1/+1 counters, mono-white +1/+1 counters, Selesnya +1/+1 counters, and Simic +1/+1 counters. In each case, speed and resiliency have been the major factors determining the deck's success or failure. The best of all of those, incidently, is mono-white +1/+1 counters, because it's the fastest, and because white offers so many useful spells at low CMCs. All that said, there are a ton of spells that are relevant here and I wish you the very best of luck in finding a winning assemblage.
