How about considering Luminarch Ascension . Great angel token maker, esp. with all the dead mana you may have in late game.

triproberts12 Lyra, once I can afford her, will be in the deck. Using her as commander is intriguing. I haven't updated the deck yet, but I was thinking of using Radiant, Archangel as commander over Avacyn, Angel of Hope .
dragonforce60 I was actually just looking into Fumigate . I do have a Terminus that I could add as well. I'm just stuck on what to take out for it. [Resolute Archangel] is going to be added to the deck when I get a chance to update it. I think I have Angel of Invention , I think I skipped over the life link part. Do I have enough Humans to make Angelic Overseer work to her full potential? I don't know. Worth looking into, but Aegis Angel would be the better of the two, wouldn't they?

This is a challenging tribe to build around. I would recommend checking out Saffron Olive's video on finding the competitive advantage of your tribe. Also, Tomer built a phoenix tribal deck for Commander Clash not too long ago. Watch the end to see how he wins, because it's pretty great.
In terms of specific cards, I think Mana Echoes would go well, since you need a lot of mana to enable phoenixes. Thundermaw Hellkite could be good. Lose Temple of the False God and Dormant Volcano , though, because those are awful cards. The former because it's useless as a 3rd, 4th, or 5th land, and the latter because it's just asking to be strip-mined and is both slow and makes colorless mana.
Finally, you might want to consider adding a second color. For example, in blue, you gain access to Favorable Winds , Gravitational Shift (It's freaking Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite in your deck), Sprite Noble , Stormtide Leviathan , Windstorm Drake , Warden of Evos Isle , Windreader Sphinx , Kindred Discovery , Call to the Kindred , Distant Melody , Mistform Warchief , Faces of the Past , Riptide Shapeshifter , Saheeli's Artistry , Sakashima's Student , Sakashima the Impostor , Metamorphic Alteration , Phantasmal Image , Clone , Quicksilver Gargantuan , Protean Raider , Mirror Image , Gigantoplasm , Stunt Double , Clever Impersonator , Dack's Duplicate , Phyrexian Metamorph , Coastal Piracy , and Bident of Thassa .
In white, you get Archon of Redemption , Energy Storm , Magus of the Moat (and Moat if you have unlimited money), Radiant, Archangel , Serra Aviary , Soulcatcher , Spirit of the Spires , Harsh Mercy , Shared Triumph , Kindred Boon , Mirror Entity , Radiant Destiny , . Going into Jeskai also gives you Teferi's Moat and Thunderclap Wyvern .

Nice flavour and idea - and even a mana curve that spikes pretty early for an angel tribal deck!
I agree with WhichKing regarding Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx: that land would fit nicely here. I also see that Emeria, The Sky Ruin is already in the maybeboard. Would you consider from creature side Radiant, Archangel (in multiplayer she get pretty big and is still thematically appropriate) and and enchantment such as Boon Reflection (not sure how much it fits the Christmas theme, but would work with the many lifegain effects of the deck)?

As a fellow Angel lover (you can see my angel tribal & taxes deck here ), I think you run many angels that are simply not good enough. Angel of Retribution, Radiant, Archangel is too fragile to mass removal, Seraph of Dawn, Seraph of the Suns, Shepherd of the Lost, Requiem Angel, Angelic Field Marshal is useless if you don't have your commander out, and if you have it you really don't need that much having viligance on all your creatures when a lot of them already have it, Exquisite Archangel (if you want this kind of effect I would prefer Resolute Archangel, that does it whenever you want), Herald of War I think is too slow, all of those I think cost too much for what they do, even Radiant, because she is too vulnerable against mass removal, although you could argue that she is good enough, I don't like her that much. I also think some of them like Silver Seraph or Shattered Angel could be removed but I'm fearing that I am going to cut too much and you will end up with less than 100 cards. Also, I'd suggest removing Iona, as hard as it is for me to say, but when my opponents stole it from me for the third time and named white I finally decided is too risky to run her in a monocolored deck.
I also think you are running some inefficient lifegain. Chaplain's Blessing is too weak, you could instead run cards like Blessed Alliance that are far more versatile, or Solemn Offering to mix targeted removal with life gain. Rest for the Weary, Sun Droplet, those ones I think are too ineficient.
Finally, some of the artifacts you run are to make your creatures able to evade more, but I don't think it is necessary when all of them already fly and are enormous, so I would cut Trailblazer's Boots and Prowler's Helm. I don't think Whispersilk Cloak is that good taking into account how many enchantments and abilities you have that target your creatures, and Sunbeam Spellbomb isn't good enough if you are not running some kind of graveyard recursion.
Finally, I would cut many of the cards you use to buff up your angels. They are already big, you don't need too many +1/+1 effects when you are always casting 5/5s, 6/6s and 7/7s. That would make Silver Seraph, Path of Bravery, Honor of the Pure, Dictate of Heliod and Light from Within cuttable.
Have you thought about adding Approach of the Second Sun? It's a nice alternate win condition that makes you gain life. I'd also think about including the OG Ajani Goldmane, it was made specifically about lifegain.

How is this deck working for you in the first turns? I'm asking as I had a similar one (I loved playing angels since back in the days) but it was awfully slow, so by the time I was able to cast something relevant the oppenents were already way ahead of me.
Out of curiosity, have you considered to play an old school Radiant, Archangel? In a deck full of flyers and especially in multiplayer, for 5 mana you can cast a massive flying beast with vigilance.

digbickmcgee: People play Magic for a variety of reasons; I think WBG is a fellow Vorthos. Personally, I'm here for knights, thallids, and magical horses; for the powerful sense of old-fashioned civilization that Magic can often convey (nonbasic lands, Trading Post, Castle, Knighthood, Worship, etc.); and for the few musketeers we've gotten so far -- along with the magical pre-8th-Edition frame and the beautiful look of Mirage block. I'm not going to hold it against anyone for having strong aesthetic preferences of their own, especially not ones that seem to have a little in common with mine.
WBG: Look at the Enchantress deck archetype; also look at tokens and Storm, if you're a little flexible on violence. (The classic finisher for the High Tide variant of Storm decks is Brain Freeze, which is probably not up your alley. Tokens tend to involve fighting with knights, soldiers, and pegasi, under the command of figures like Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa, Radiant, Archangel, and the occasional real-world general like Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon"; I'm perfectly comfortable with this sort of semi-storybook violence, though it sounds like you might not be.)
Try winning the game by generating infinite mana and decking your opponent. Stroke of Genius is the traditional finisher for this, or, again, Brain Freeze in High Tide.
Nacre Talisman, Malachite Talisman, Staff of Domination, Sword of the Paruns, Argothian Elder, Priest of Titania, and Freed from the Real are in-color cards that it's very easy to build infinite-mana engines around. High-mana-output lands are the natural complement for most of these; look at Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip, Selesnya Sanctuary, Azorius Chancery, and Simic Growth Chamber. (Tolarian Academy, Gaea's Cradle, and Serra's Sanctum -- in order from strongest to weakest -- are the best infinite-mana-engine lands in the game, but they have prices to match. If using any of them nonetheless, look into Stormfront Riders and the Ice Age Talismans.)
Also, there's some white removal I think you could put up with: Swords to Plowshares, Path of Peace (look up the original art), Settle the Wreckage, Pacifism, Cessation. Look into the Circles and Runes of Protection, too.
