There are much better mill commanders: Phenax, God of Deception and Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker. But I wanted a different take on Mill so I didn't go Dimir.

This is a classic big black mana shell with a mill focus. I want to fill peoples graveyards, pull artifacts/creatures from them, sacrifice them for value and do it all again.

The hardest part for this ticket is get valid targets in the bin.

I run every Sacrifice effect on a creature I can. This allows me to steal and mill the same thing twice. Great for ETB/LTB triggers, but mainly to fill the bin with more targets.
