A mono-red EDH deck based on Scott Cullen's budget build (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/4496712#paper).

Laelia is an aggressive general with lots of impulse card draw and discard shinanigans. The objective is to exile as many cards as possible to pump Laelia, get added value from the exiled cards, and swing in for the win with commander damage.

While the deck looks a little short on lands, it makes it up with treasure creation and other artifact-based ramp.

I think junk tokens might be a new auto-include.
