This deck has taken me an inordinate amount of time to create. You would think it would be simple as card draw and ramp are built right into the Commander. I think the problem I had was that the Commander didn't provide any real direction, like an Atraxa, Praetors' Voice Commander would. Clearly with Atraxa you need to find ways to create counters so that you can proliferate. With Chulane, Teller of Tales he doesn't provide help you filter out spells. I mean sure creatures but who doesn't play a Commander deck without creatures.

Anyway, the point of this deck is to combo off Chulane, Teller of Tales ability. There are probably way too many Win-Cons in this deck but they also provide defence so if you lose one to a board-wipe you can pick another win-con.

Combos:

Chulane, Teller of Tales + Mana Breach + Shrieking Drake Result: Infinite card draw. Near-infinite storm count. Near-infinite ETB. Near-infinite landfall.

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake Result: Infinite mana of any color that your lands can produce. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB.

Mana Breach + Laboratory Maniac + Chulane, Teller of Tales + Village Bell-Ringer Result: Win the game. Near-infinite ETB. Near-infinite LTB. Near-infinite card draw. Near-infinite land fall. Near-infinite colorless mana. Near-infinite colored mana.

Requires: Chulane on the field, and :mana5:{w} mana worth of creature mana. Chulane is not summoning sick.

Laboratory Maniac + Mana Breach + Shrieking Drake Result: Win the game. Near-infinite ETB. Near-infinite LTB. Near-infinite card draw. Near-infinite land fall.

Beast Whisperer + Intruder Alarm + Shrieking Drake Result: Draw your library. Infinite mana (dependent on the number of mana dorks you have). Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB.
