Need help sorting out the mana base. I am unsure on the amount of each land type I need, I may have too little white mana now. Also wondering if I have dropped my basic count too low or if I could be using more non-basics. Budget is a consideration. Any other advice or suggestions on improving the deck are also welcome.

Uses Arcades, the Strategist to make my walls all big stompy creatures for cheap. Including several cards for allowing walls to attack using toughness and cards to boost toughness and give vigilance. Boards wipes are based on power/toughness allowing them to be largely one-sided.
