Aminatou upgrades Deck

The accepted way to play Aminatou is as an Esper blink commander. That's fantastic and I love that it exists; however, I want to try to be creative in building a top-of-library deck. It's gonna be jank, and there aren't really enough payoffs to make it work consistently, but I love it.

Aminatou alone can't really do all the work of top-of-library manipulation for you, though Oath of Teferi certainly helps (and encourages me to put in a few other Planeswalkers). We need a few pricier pieces to really dig into our library as frequently as we would like -- namely, Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, and Soothsaying. The only tutor we have for these is Rune-Scarred Demon, which makes me think we could really use Enlightened Tutor to help out. We also have several scry options, as well as Dream Eater because surveil lets us reorder the cards we look at.

So, what do we do with this rearrangement of our library? First of all, we dig out appropriate answers. Counterbalance can get the mileage it deserves at last! We can also dig out our board wipes, making us very popular. Targeted removal can also be nice to pull out from the depths of the library.

Second of all, as the precon acknowledged: miracles! Terminus and Devastation Tide are brilliant at their miracle costs, Temporal Mastery is obviously great, and both Entreat the Angels and Entreat the Dead are big blowout plays that will end the game if unanswered. I would also like to consider the less-good miracles.

The third payoff is the one I'm the most excited about. Baneful Omen, Twilight Prophet, Sorin, Grim Nemesis, and Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow all let us directly hit every opponent for the CMC of the top card of your deck, and we have a few high CMC cards out there. If you reveal a Silent-Blade Oni and slam the board for its CMC, that may not immediately win you the game, but it puts you in a much better position without painting a huge target on your forehead.

My pet mechanic here is Manifest. I love Primordial Mist, Lightform, Cloudform, and Jeskai Infiltrator as ways to cheat out permanents. Manifest a land? Get it flipped over (e.g. by blinking it) and that's ramp. Manifest your Conundrum Sphinx? Blink it and have a big Sphinx on the field (that also helps you draw the cards you already know are on top of your library).

I'm not sure if this will actually work well, but I'm determined to make it happen! Please feel free to give feedback (assume a fun and dynamic meta that avoids oppressive decks but doesn't slouch on power level).
