Pretty simple deck, control the board Negan style. Make everyone sac everything. Generally speaking, if it's a one-time use sac (like an instant) then it should be low-cost 2 or 3 CMC. If it has a high CMC, then it needs to be a permanent that will stick around and continue to add value (Sheoldred, Whispering One, Portal to Phyrexia)

Use Teleportation Circle,Conjurer's Closet to blink Negan at the end of the turn. Always make deals, but then just target whatever benefits you the most. When people complain, just point to Negan's picture.

Treasure is really the unsung hero of this deck. with Kalain, Reclusive Painter on the board, spend your treasure liberally to make your creatures bigger.

Reckless Fireweaver, Hedron Detonator, and Mayhem Devil will slowly end the game, but Marionette Master with her +3/+3 will end it a LOT faster; especially if she's got more +1's from the painter.

Hellkite Tyrant has the potential to snake an early win, but most of the time it just draws out some removal that was intended for something else.

With your tutors, you almost always want to grab Smothering Tithe, but Martyr's Bond is a good target if you've already got treasures down, or Skullclamp or Greed if you need cards. Martyr's Bond when you're sacking treasures constantly is pretty brutal, as your opponents will lose all their mana rocks, but like Grave Pact, it'll also get you double value when you sac a creature too.

Gift of Immortality on Negan and then sac him to all the Plaguecrafter type cards is good too.

Luminous Broodmoth is pretty crazy for getting double value from your creature ETB/LTBs

If I needed to remove a card, it might be Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker because people don't normally have a lot of creatures to swing out at you with, but this card also provides protection from sources that like to punish you for using treasure like Pain Distributor, so it would have to be something really important.

Last recommendation when piloting this deck: If you've already got pretty good control of the board, don't double-up on any mechanic. If Tergrid, God of Fright   is in play, there's no hurry to cast It That Betrays. It's tempting to get a Teleportation Circle AND a Conjurer's Closet out to get more Negan triggers, but if you're already locking down the battlefield, don't give your opponent a chance to wipe them both off with one Vandalblast or something. Ultimately you're just trying to hold your opponent down until you have something like 30+ treasures and a Torment of Hailfire, or one of the other many game-enders in the deck.
