Raffine is the best Esper commander. Move over Tivit!

This deck is super consistent because you cycle through your deck efficiently and you can easily adjust your strategy as required.

Raffine barely gets removed; Your other creatures become bigger threats and Ward 1 is very good protection.

The strategy is to build a board of evasive creatures, filter your hand as you beat up your opponents, protect your board, and win through combat damage. Fair magic! (not, lol).
