I think this is a 7-8 on the power rating. Goldfishes around turn 8 usually with a Craterhoof and casts a few pieces of interaction along the way.

Based on Frank Karsten's calculations the deck should consistently have two mana, one of which is green, to cast one of its accelerators and enough colored sources to cast its spells as the game progresses.
