My suggestions for cuts are plentiful. However, Kresh the Bloodbraided comes to mind immediately. Reyhan, Last of the Abzan would be good, Ob Nixilis, the Fallen is great, Rockslide Elemental is similar to Kresh, Taurean Mauler is another Managorger, and Yahenni, Undying Partisan and Malakir Cullblade, with even more similarities to Kresh, may fit well with your flavor. Curse of Stalked Prey could help, alongside Curse of Predation, some mana rocks would do you good, Apocalypse Hydra, and many other hydras would be decent finishers, Kalonian Hydra takes the cake though. Armorcraft Judge is nice, along with Inspiring Call, Pelt Collector and Experiment One, Champion of Lambholt, maybe Heroes' Bane, Ravenous Slime, Rubblebelt Raiders, Deus of Calamity, Scute Mob, Sporeback Troll, Tuskguard Captain, Vinelasher Kudzu, Soul's Majesty, Falkenrath Exterminator, and Stromkirk Noble?

So that's a few suggestions. Want me to propose cuts as well?

Hello! I like this collection of cards- mono-red can be really rewarding to play.If you were to make a deck based around the themes of Chandra, Phoenixes and Elementals, I have a few suggestions

Chandra's Phoenix is an awesome card that's very dependable since it has haste. Hellspark Elemental and its friend Hell's Thunder are also great, getting same turn value that you can bring back. The big Elementals in the deck are cool, but Battle Hymn is such a neat card that I would consider going for a more is better instead of bigger is better. I see a lot of synergy between Battle Hymn, Elemental Mastery, and Soulsurge Elemental. Young Pyromancer is also a crazy card. Awaken the Ancient is also neat for mono-red and for an Elemental Mastery play, but I would be hesitant to suggest Rockslide Elemental because you have no sacrifice outlets (and that doesn't seem a theme of the deck) and the card has no kind of protection aside from First Strike. Seems like a slow turn 3, but it could fit it in you'd generated a bunch of 1/1s I guess. Bloodlust Inciter is a personal favorite of mine and AEther Membrane is sick, too.

As for noncreature stuff, what sticks out to me is Abrade, Lightning Bolt (of course), Chandra's Outrage, Dance with Devils, Increasing Vengeance, Firebolt, Chandra's Ignition (if you include having enough big creatures)I think card drawing is very powerful in faster decks, so things like Act on Impulse and Faithless Looting can be nice. If you want more tempo mana throw in Pyretic Ritual too, and the whole deck could benefit from something with prowess.

With your reasonably high mana curve, as well as the mana hungry commander, you should probably include even more mana sources. Golgari Signet, Rakdos Signet etc seem really useful here since the Brothers can later use them as fodder for their ability.
I also suggest Tireless Tracker and Pharika, God of Affliction, both provide useful tokens for the Brothers' abilities, and are solid cards on their own. Also, Illusionist's Bracers is a great combo with your commander, i think you should add that.
Some other cards that fit well into your plan: Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast, Rancor, Smokestack, Solemn Simulacrum.
If you want to improve the deck further, power cards like Vampiric Tutor, Diabolic Intent, Sylvan Library, Cabal Coffers, Ancient Tomb and Bloom Tender should probably all find their way into your list.
Some of your card choices seem suboptimal: Necroskitter is neither particularly powerful nor does it synergize with your plan. Infiltration Lens, Explorer's Scope, Shield of the Avatar, Rockslide Elemental and Vorapede are rather bad cards, and Unwinding Clock, Bow of Nylea and Liliana of the Dark Realms don't have enough powerful synergies in your deck to really justify their inclusion.

In my opinon, when you want to go tribal you have to go the whole way, so I would reccomend removing the non-ememental creatures and reaplacing them with cheaper elemental creatures to help with the agression, a few good ones are Brighthearth Banneret, Flamekin Bladewhirl, Flamekin Harbinger, Hellspark Elemental, Rockslide Elemental, Smokebraider, Spark Elemental, War Elemental. I would probably remove topour orb aswell, as it's very situational. Additionally the Myr Superion in this deck can only be cast with Generator Servant, which sacrifices itself to do it, meaning that if a generator dies or gets use to cast something else the myr could easily become a dead card.
