Zur pilots an Esper storm list. There are four general strategies:

ZUR

Our commander is... essentially a one card combo? Attacking with Zur allows us to tutor out Necropotence. This allows you to lower your life total to about 5 (my normal amount) and draw a fistful of cards at the end of your turn. Tutor up / flash in Shimmer Myr to then play the rest of your artifacts before you have to discard them. You can then either win right there with a flurry of spells into Aetherflux Reservoir or you can cast a Teferi's Protection to fill your graveyard and win the following turn with Yawgmoth's Will. The hardest win the execute, but the most common.

Ad Nauseam

If you have Ad Nauseam in your opening turns, you can instead either attack with Zur for Phyrexian Unlife or also cast Angel's Grace. This then allows you to put your library into you hand and win with either Thassa's Oracle or Aetherflux Reservoir.

Thassa's Oracle

Sometimes you just draw Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation. You can also cast Doomsday, putting Gush, Lion's Eye Diamond, Gitaxian Probe, Thassa's Oracle, Animate Dead.

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Blind Obedience

A bit of a backup victory, but this combo does let you extort infinitely.
