An EDH deck comprised of slivers. Slivers have powerful abilities that they share with other slivers in the deck. Thus, they make a powerful creature deck. Sliver Overlord is a natural choice for a commander since it can search for other slivers. Additionally, Sliver Overlord is the cornerstone for the creature steal combo in this deck.

Combo #1 - Creature Steal Combo

(Amoeboid Changeling or Imagecrafter or Unnatural Selection ) + Sliver Overlord = Steal Any Creature

Combo #2 - Infinite Sliver Combo

Another nifty combo pumps out infinite sliver tokens by using Sliver Queen. By using Heartstone or Training Grounds to reduce the cost of Sliver Queen's sliver generation ability and a mana generation ability (Basal Sliver or Mana Echoes), infinite sliver tokens can be made. Once you have infinite slivers, there are plenty of ways to win the game.

(Heartstone or Training Grounds) + (Mana Echoes or Basal Sliver) + Sliver Queen = Infinite Slivers

Infinite Slivers + Heart Sliver = Victory (Infinite Damage)

Infinite Slivers + (Gemhide Sliver or Manaweft Sliver ) = Infinite Mana of Any Color

Combo #3 - Building Up an Army Combo

The main goal of this deck though is to get as many slivers on the board as possible. This is done by getting out either Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver. Once either of them are out, it's easy to get out Sliver Overlord to search for more slivers.

Tutor Card (Homing Sliver, Green Sun's Zenith, or Demonic Tutor) -> Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver + Other Slivers on Board = Lots of Mana -> Cast Sliver Overlord

Slivers are vulnerable to removal and board wipe. Crystalline Sliver and Hibernation Sliver prevent removal. Crystalline Sliver does this by preventing spells from targeting while Hibernation Sliver does it by bouncing slivers to the hand. Board wipe is dealt with by giving mass indestructibility (Boros Charm, Rootborn Defenses or Ready ) or by reviving all slivers in the graveyard (Living Death or Patriarch's Bidding). Also, Frenetic Sliver is effective against board wipes.

Another problem with the deck is that this deck runs five colors. This problem is tackled by putting in plenty of triple-colored lands and by having land-fixing spells such as Chromatic Lantern. Additionally, there is Manaweft Sliver and Gemhide Sliver so slivers themselves are a source of mana.

When it comes to Harmonic Sliver, Crystalline Sliver , and Dormant Sliver , use them cautiously. Harmonic Sliver provides powerful artifact and enchantment removal but, once your opponent runs out of artifacts and enchantments, you are forced to destroy your own. Crystalline Sliver 's shroud ability is powerful, but it does prevent activated abilities that target from working such as Crypt Sliver 's regeneration, Magma Sliver's pump, and Sliver Overlord's steal ability. Dormant Sliver provides fantastic draw power but be ready to get rid of it when going on the offensive.
