It is a deck for Kokusho with all feature that a Graveyard circling concept usually has. The receipt is easy: drain your opponents' life. You can do it by recalling Kokusho from Graveyard as many times you can. So from this point of view this deck is really similar like other decks for Kokusho. Therefore I am highlighting only few things related to this part of the deck:

Defiant Bloodlord, Sanguine Bond: Combined with Kokuso make a deadly combo in multiplayer.
Chainer, Dementia Master: Since almost all creature in the deck has triggered ability Chainer is really precious.
Strionic Resonator: As above.
Nim Deathmantle: As above.
Sorin Markov: Lethal lord combined with the Commander or other life draining stuffs.
Wound Reflection: My favorite. Put to the battlefield only in that case if you can reduce your opponents' life with it almost to zero.
Crypt Rats, Profane Command, Exsanguinate: If you have enough mana they can be immediate victory components.

Below you can find some extra cards which I seldom saw in other decks for Kokusho:

Crypt Rats: It causes damage to every creature and every player, so it is cheap life drainer and board wipe in one card.
Dire Fleet Ravager: Drastically reduces the life of the opponents. His ability is best if it is re-triggered.
Geralf's Messenger: Life drain and infinite combo with Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar.
Phyrexian Delver: Re-animator and he can be re-animated as well.
Scuttling Doom Engine: Combined with Kokusho can dramatically reduce an opponent's life. It can be re-animated and its ability can be re-triggered.
Vindictive Lich: Extremely good. Use always that ability which fits the actual state of the game and re-animate as many times you can.
Doubling Cube: More mana, more chance to win the game. Good base for Chainer, or a mass life loss starting by Exsanguinate.
Minion Reflector: Since almost every creature in the deck has triggered ability it is really useful stuff. It is also good with the Commander itself. I know the copy Legendary dragon will immediately dies, however its ability will trigger. It is pretty cool to damage your opponents and get 10-20 life for 2 mana.
Mortuary Mire: Creature recall from Graveyard is always useful.
Unholy Grotto: Think about Vindictive Lich or Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
