I call this deck Heartbeat of Spring Storm, but it actually plays a lot closer to High Tide. You do a bunch of nothing until you have enough lands and ways to untap lands to generate a huge amount of mana and win with an X spell. In this deck, Worldgorger Dragon is another Palinchron as long as Riku of Two Reflections is in play. This deck is not competitive, nor is it supposed to be.
