Getting A Headache?

Welcome, my friend, to Grixis! This land is one of pain, suffering, and power. Everyone here is in a struggle. Some struggle for power, others struggle to avoid the pain and suffering of those in power.

You may know of other Grixis leaders such as Thraximundar or Sedris. I'm a little different. This strategy is one that involves destroying your enemies with their own power and greed and using your power to acquire knowledge. Seeing as you've seen the vision of this plane and heard my offer and are still here...then you must be curious. Let me show you what I'll teach you.

Death Through Knowledge

Let me introduce you to the being that will be leading your army; Nekusar, the Mindrazer. He will give your opponent knowledge and let them be greedy, but he will demand a price. He will need support to eliminate his foes. Come! Let me show you the power of a Grixis mind mage!

Disruption and Torture

A Grixis mind mage's power is incredible, but don't be arrogant enough to assume that there are no mages worthy to challenge you. Powerful as you are, a prepared opponent is still dangerous. This in mind, it helps to bring a little bit of the chaos of Grixis with you to disrupt your opponent's plans. Watch as the power of spells like Magus of the Wheel, Magus of the Jar, Whirlpool Warrior, Runehorn Hellkite, Jace's Archivist, Tourach, Dread Cantor, Burning Inquiry, Collective Defiance, Incendiary Command, Molten Psyche, Reforge the Soul, Vicious Rumors, Windfall, Whispering Madness, and Dark Deal make your foes weep for the loss of any plans they had of stopping you.

But is it enough to simply defeat a foe? You are a mage of Grixis! You should seek to kill your foes in style. Perfect the art of torturing your foes and let their screams be music to your ears. Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Mindcrank, Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Fell Specter, Balor, Blizzard Specter, and Glint-Horn Buccaneer can slowly drain your opponent of life or creatures, especially if combined with Nekusar.

Tergrid, God of Fright   or the Elder Brain can turn their own thoughts against them.

Attacking

Being a mind mage, you ideally win through the power of the mind and destroying your opponent's. Sometimes, combat is inevitable. Fear not! I'll show you how to destroy foes with some of the most powerful creatures known to Grixis mages. Consuming Aberration, Elder Brain, Abyssal Nocturnus, Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal   and Chasm Skulker will inspire fear in the hearts of your enemies.

Defense

Likewise in being a mind mage, you will most likely want to avoid the front lines until you're ready to strike. To protect yourself, make use of protective spells like Dissipation Field, AEther Membrane, and AEtherize.

For countering spells, there's Perplex, Dream Fracture, Drown in the Loch, Arcane Denial, and of course Counterflux.

Lastly, you need to defend yourself against your own magic. With all the disruption going on, carry things like Time Reversal, Clear the Mind, or Echo of Eons.

Finish Them

When it comes time to end your opponent once and for all, look no farther then these spells. They're the most powerful I can teach you. Rise of the Dark Realms will take every lost thought, even your own, and materialize it on your field to serve you. Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is a powerful being that functions as something that controls the field, continue to assault their deck, and something to smash an opponent to dust.

With these spells, you should be able to vanquish any that oppose you.

Updates Add

Removed Hour of Devastation for the cheaper Anger of the Gods, as most of my creatures can survive 3 damage. May replace AotG with Starstorm if it proves to not be able to do the damage to my opponent.
