Seem So-so: koskun falls - depends on number of players but not a lot of tax otherwise. Meren - doesn't work with tokens and not as a commander might not be worth it. Mogis - not much token syn. Dual nature - doesn't work with tokens. Greater good - the deck doesn't have a ton of big creatures to sac. Primal vigor - great syn but can be very dangerous. Yawgmoth's vile offering - not bad, but not a ton of legendary creatures in the deck.

I went away, went on a Solstice vigil, and in the middle of the night had a revelation on how I would play it. I still stand by Isochron Scepter, but it doesn't address the problem you named of actually winning.
When I first saw the deck I was dubious about the enters tapped effects - it feels like they're taking the deck in a different direction than it wants to go, and splitting the deck's resources. My moment of revelation was realizing that the opponent's hand is almost always going to be full. If the deck runs right, a Temple Bell only benefits you because you're the only one playing things. So the first thing I'd add is a couple Howling Mine, Anvil of Bogardan, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
But your hand is emptying out much faster than theirs. Khorvath's Fury draws you a card and deals seven damage to them Black Vise is almost guaranteed to do three every turn. and Ebony Owl Netsuke is doing a solid four each turn. Molten Psyche does seven or more!
This also means that bouncing things, given how hard it is for your opponents to play them, is as good removal as burn. AEther Membrane, Stingscourger or Witch Hunter might all be worth a try. Add a Trinisphere, Aura of Silence, or Sphere of Resistance to give them an extra hard time

BeefSupreem12 well I'd personally replace AEther Membrane as omnath isnt really a defensive commander, but Ruric Thar, the Unbowed could end up hurting you pretty bad as well if you aren't careful, so if you aren't sure, you can always replace him with something like Ulvenwald Hydra if you need anything dont be afraid to holler, I've run out of decks to work on for myself

while I haven't got much practice in with my own Firesong and Sunspeaker I firmly believe the best course of play is to not worry about getting attacked and simply burn away all of my opponents creatures. Things like Anger of the Gods, Slagstorm, and Sweltering Suns do a lot of work as they will kill almost all early game creatures. and creatures like AEther Membrane, Wall of Glare, and Wall of Stone can block for days while having toughness highenough to survive most AOE spells.

Hivepact is already a wincon in the Amulet Bloom combo deck in Modern. However, If you want to bring that deck in a different direction. I would try to abuse the fact that you are running pacts and Glorious End by playing Platinum Angel and, since Angel is so damn hard to cast in modern, you could try to cheat in play with something like Madcap Experiment (Even if you take lethal damage, if you reveal angel, you should still be alive after the experiment) or Trash for Treasure but not both as they require very different builds to make them work.
I understand what you are trying to do with the creatures you are currently running. However, AEther Membrane and Fog Bank are terrible. Ethereal Usher seems to slow as a tutor and it's propably not even needed considering that you are playing blue and can play a lot of good draw spells that should get you to your combo. I feel like it's also a bit awkward that you are playing all of the off color pacts maindeck and Pact of Negation (probably the best pact actually and even more so if you don't actually have to pay for it's upkeep cost with Angel) in the side.
Finally, I think this would be probably better as a control/combo deck. Therefore, you could try running some Remands and Mana Leaks maindeck. Stifle is not modern legal so if that's the format you want to play I would replace it with Trickbind (which does the same thing, costs 1 more but is uncounterable which is arguably a good thing if you don't want to loose to it being hard countered by something and you having to pay mana that you don't have or just loosing to Glorious End). I also feel that, while it's true that Lotus Bloom is usually a good acceleration for combo decks it's usually better in "All in" style combo decks which I feel like is probably less interesting for that deck.

I would add a Wall of Frost, maybe in the place of Wall of Denial or (probably) Steel Wall. If possible, I would add AEther Membrane, and I don't think splashing green for Axebane Guardian and Overgrown Battlement would be a horrible idea.
