Win conditions: Storming off. To generate enough mana, we use Paradox Engine and as many mana rocks as possible to generate enough mana to cast as many spells as we can during our combo turn, ideally with the help of card draw spells such as Ad Nauseam, Paradoxical Outcome or Pull From Tomorrow. Ways of generating a high enough storm count include casting Paradoxical Outcome or Hurkyl's Recall to recast our mana rocks, using Yawgmoth's Will or Past in Flames to recast spells from our Graveyard, and the Dramatic Reversal/Isochron Scepter combo. High Tide is an alternative way of generating enough mana during our combo turn, ideally with the help of cards such as Time Spiral or Frantic Search to untap our lands and cycle through our deck.

Ideally, we want to combo out by turn four or five. While building up to our combo turn, we generally want to build up our mana base, meanwhile using counterspells and/or some removal to keep our opponents' decks in check.

Alternatively, using Notion Thief in conjunction with one of our Wheel effects (Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Reforge the Soul and Time Spiral) will leave our opponents with no cards in hand while usually letting us draw everything we need to be able to storm off.

I've also been considering adding Laboratory Maniac and a couple of additional draw X spell such as Stroke of Genius or Blue Sun's Zenith instead of the Scepter combo. While not as reliable, it seems to be the more interesting option of the two and it provides a way to play around cards that tax us for casting a large amount of spells (e.g. Thalia or Kambal).
