The idea with this deck is to create lots of artifact tokens, mainly through Breya's ETB effect, then win using an infinite combo.

Combos

Cards Required: 3

Card Combinations:

Steps:

  1. Have each card from a given combination on the battlefield, as well as at least two permanents to sacrifice to the sac outlet (i.e. Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks ).

  2. Sacrifice two creatures or artifacts to the sac outlet and create (technically ).

  3. With Eldrazi Displacer , use mana from step 3 to blink the ETB creature (i.e. Breya , Marionette Master , or Myr Battlesphere ), which will trigger their ETB and create at least 2 artifact creature tokens. If instead of Eldrazi Displacer you have Nim Deathmantle , sacrifice the ETB creature to the sac outlet, and use the mana from step 3 to pay for Nim Deathmantle 's ability to bring back the ETB creature, which will trigger their ETB and create at least 2 artifact creature tokens.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 several times to generate infinite mana (as sacrificing the ETB creature nets each iteration). With Marionette Master , sacrificing the tokens while she's on the battlefield will trigger her ability to make an opponent lose at least 1 life each time, allowing you to win through infinite triggers.

  5. Use mana from step 4 and repeat only step 3 several times to create infinite artifact creature tokens.

  6. With Breya , the mana from step 4, and the tokens from step 5, use her ability to deal 3 damage to a player infinitely many times and win.

Result: Infinite colorless mana, infinite artifact creature tokens, and possibly win game.

Cards Required: 2

Card Combinations: Grand Architect + Pili-Pala

Steps:

  1. Turn Pili-Pala into a blue artifact creature with Grand Architect 's first ability.

  2. Use Grand Architect 's second ability to tap Pili-Pala for .

  3. Use mana from step 2 for Pili-Pala 's ability to untap it and get one mana of any color.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for infinite mana of all colors.

  5. Assuming Breya is in the command zone, cast Breya , and get 2 artifact creatures with her ETB.

  6. Sacrifice Breya and a thopter from step 5 to deal 3 damage to an opponent, and let Breya return to the command zone.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 infinitely many times to win. With infinite mana, the increasing commander cost won't matter.

Result: Infinite mana of all colors, win game if Breya can be played.

Cards Required: 3

Card Combinations: Dross Scorpion + Myr Turbine + a card that sacrifices artifact creatures

Steps:

  1. Have all cards from the combination on the battlefield, plus a sufficient number of artifact creatures to use in step 2.

  2. Sacrifice one or more artifact creatures to some ability (ex. Ashnod's Altar , Krark-Clan Ironworks , Time Sieve ).

  3. When the sacrifice of each artifact creature triggers Dross Scorpion , use the ability to untap Myr Turbine .

  4. Each time Myr Turbine is untapped, tap Myr Turbine to get a 1/1 Myr.

Result: Replacement of sacrificed artifact creatures with 1/1 Myrs.

Specific Examples of Combo:

Dross Scorpion + Kuldotha Forgemaster + Myr Turbine

While this doesn't go infinite, you can replace the artifact creatures you used for Kuldotha Forgemaster 's ability. Occasionally, you may want to untap Kuldotha Forgemaster with Dross Scorpion instead of Myr Turbine . For example, you could get Myr Battlesphere with Kuldotha Forgemaster and get lots of other 1/1 Myrs to sacrifice. In any case, you can probably tutor for a card needed for a different variation of this combo.

By sacrificing each newly created artifact creatures to Ashnod's Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks , you can create infinite colorless mana.

Dross Scorpion + Myr Turbine + Time Sieve

As long as you always have 5 artifact creatures to sacrifice to Time Sieve , you can get infinite turns.

Cards Required: 3

Card Combinations:

Steps:

  1. Pay and sacrifice Sword of the Meek to Thopter Foundry to create a blue thopter and gain 1 life.

  2. Use Sword of the Meek 's trigger from the 1/1 blue thopter created in step 1 to bring Sword of the Meek back to the battlefield.

  3. Sacrifice the thopter to Ashnod's Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks to get .

  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 several times for infinite mana, using mana from step 3 to pay for step 1. This is infinite because you net each iteration.

  5. Use mana from step 4 to repeat just steps 1 and 2 several times.

Result: Infinite colorless mana, infinite blue thopters, and infinite life gain.

Notes:

Cards Required: 2

Card Combinations: Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve

Steps:

  1. Trigger Thopter Assembly 's ability to add 5 thopters to the battlefield. It should go without saying that it will need to say on the battlefield until the upkeep, and that you should have no other thopters under your control.

  2. Sacrifice the 5 thopters from step 1 to Time Sieve to get an extra turn.

  3. Re-cast Thopter Assembly .

  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3.

Result: Infinite turns

Cards Required: 3

Card Combinations: Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk

Steps:

  1. Have all three cards in combo on the field, and Nevinyrral's Disk untapped.

  2. Activate Nevinyrral's Disk . Since all permanents are artifacts with Mycosynth Lattice , your permanents are indestructible from Darksteel Forge and all your opponent's permanents will be destroyed (unless they had Darksteel Forge of course).

Result: Destroy all permanents except yours.

Notes:

  • If you can create infinite colorless mana and can play Mycosynth Lattice , you can use the mana to cast Breya, Etherium Sculptor from your command zone, and use her damage ability infinitely many times, even if you don't generate infinite tokens with the combo used to get the mana.
