Cyclonic Rift Is a staple in any blue deck

If you want to go more combo focused
I see this a lot with Sharuum the Hegemon decks.
The combo of Sharuum the Hegemon, Sculpting Steel or Phyrexian Metamorph to get infinite enter the battlefield/die. So you playing Sharumm, target Sculpting Steel or Phyrexian Metamorph, which copies Sharumm, since the Legendary rule takes effect you sacrifice the original, then the token triggers bringing back the original, then you sac the token, and you just repeat that. Then you cast Bitter Ordeal or have Marionette Master on board.

Also Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve for infinite turns.
Ashnod's Altar + Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry is infinite 1/1's and life.

Nice deck! Artifact manipulation is usually very powerful, and it shows with the amount of infinite combos that you have. Since you're into those, you might want to check out Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve as an easy way to generate infinite turns!

When he comes out, you can also try out Tezzeret, Master of Metal. Nice card filter and nice -3, especially with Lattice.

For another nice infinite combo, you can make an Altar of the Brood + Liquimetal Coating + Saheeli Rai combo, or you can replace the Coating with Lattice.

Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve works as well.

I was going to ask "Where's the Academy Ruins?", but then I realized that you may be wanting to keep this budget.

Why drop Thopter Assembly? You can get infinite turns through the Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve combo.

So!!! Day 1 of playtesting has been a wonderful experience with Breya!

Which means now i know what it needs...REACTIVE ANSWERS, spot removal, draw power, and being able to end the game if a threat(s) arrives.

The deck has TOO much its trying to do that a simple spot removal or wheel effect can shut me down for a few turns and i need to be able to stabalize or react to things of that nature.

So what i need to do is figure out what to replace for effects of the natire above.

Esper artifacts is all about combo-oriented things mostly. Like infinite turns via Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve , Lattice combos, Sharuum + Disciple of the Vault + Sculpting Steel , Sydri + Caltrops/Staff of Nin... Magister Sphinx + a kicked Rite of Replication/Sculpting Steel/bounce... So many different combos one could go with.

Of course, I always liked seeing armies of metal goodness, but that's not what most people expect with Sydri as they see her as straight up combo.

You should add Tezzeret the Seeker , maybe swap him out with jace, With the proliferation, you could add counters like crazy and just use him to tutor what you want. Jace's ult is cool, but tezzeret fits better I think.

Definitely agree with Podma101. Academy Ruins is a necessity, swap it out with Buried Ruin.Hanna, Ship's Navigator helps with getting artifacts back too. I'd swap her in for Argivian Restoration.

Also, I'd go Platinum Angel in place of Enigma Sphinx.

It would seem you prefer not to do infinite things. But Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve will give you infinite turns.
