This is one of the first EDH decks ever made, although it's now a bare resemblance of what it used to be. This deck originally used bounce abilities instead of flicker, but it is similar to it's original design. The original commander was Angus Mackenzie because we had to use a 'legends legend'. The purpose of this deck is to play cards with 'coming into play' abilities and use abilities to 'blink' or 'flicker' them out and back into play to allow you to use their abilities again and again. The deck mainly uses said abilities for most of it's utility so it is very creature heavy.

These decks are made to be played in 4-5 player multiplayer EDH format. My playgroup (the creators of EDH) do not play with mass land destruction or infinite loops. I like to play decks with a strong theme and have most cards stay in that theme. I prefer to play with cards that effect 'all players' or 'all opponents' instead of a 'target opponent'. I am happy to read any card advice anyone has to give.
