This is an upgraded Precon. Haste enablers, card draw, a bunch of ramp, and the lowest average CMC I could get it to considering it's...ya know, Dragons.

Used to be more budget...but I upgraded the mana base. I hate tap lands.

I also added Demonic Tutor and Grim Tutor , to go with the small toolbox theme I have in here. These allow me to fetch strategy hosers such as Vandalblast , Relic of Progenitus , or Calming Verse . Also allows me to grab my alternate wincon Torment of Hailfire if I can't win with my Dragons.

Not exactly a complicated deck, but I needed something for more casual pods.
