The idea is to burn through my hand quickly and then leverage that using Mindstorm Crown, Phial of Galadriel, Dark Suspicions, Sea Gate Wreckage, and Bottled Cloister while spending my mana on activated abilities of the cards played. Then I use my deathtouch tiny creatures to ping my opponents all the while while making them more dangerous. My alternate commandera are O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami if my opponents have bunches of fliers, or Tazri, Stalwart Survivor if not.

I am gravitating toward CMC 1 tribal too, and toward more artifacts and enchantments because I can get points for that in the league scoring system.

Washington is a commander format where each card must be a dollar or less.
