This is one of my favorite decks I own. I originally built it with The First Sliver as the commander to take advantage of cascade but have since changed it to be the Silver Overlord. The deck is very aggressive and wants to run out slivers as fast as possible and use pumps and buffs to beat down opponents. I would love to get suggestions of cards you would add to this deck and what you would take out. Thanks!
