I've built with a couple of rules in place:

1. No artifacts. Yeah, Helm of the Gods would be solid and obviously Sol Ring is great in every deck, but I like the idea of going all-in on enchantments.

2. No non-enchantment ramp or removal.

3. No creatures that don't have the words "enchantment" or "aura" in their rule text.
