McToters thank you for the advice. I can see how that can definitely be deadly if you play them at the same time.
Right now though, I'm rather looking for advice on what to remove, rather than what to add. The deck is currently sitting at 111 cards. If I remove more than 11 cards, I'll definitely think of adding that combo to my deck.
Also, do you have any advice on what can easily draw/tutor cards? I playtested this, and I found that it always took a while for the combo to get started as I could not reliably get mana-dorks or a steady stream of lands into my hand.

Ahhh gotcha! Sorry i misunderstood. So IMO I'd remove the following:
Revive no synergy w deck Gaea's Blessing no synergy w deck Gaea's Touch seems unecessary Selesnya Signet unlike all your other ramp Savage Summoning no synergy Natural State you already have naturalize and Aura shards Wilt-Leaf Liege no synergy w deck Primal Command too expensive i think.
I think that's only 8 so ill have to take a look in a bit to see what else can come out. Hopefully that helps!

McToters thank you again for your feedback. (Do I need to mention you every time for you to notice?)
For Revive and Gaea's Blessing, I have them in there to be able to get cards from my graveyard back into my hand effectively (Skyshroud Poacher is a nice tutor). With the added bonus of Gaea's Blessing being able to draw an extra card every time I play it.
Primal Command is something I placed in there because it's a mix of both tutor and getting a creature back from my graveyard. I'm pretty sure I don't have many of these kinds of resurrection cards in my deck currently. It's for when vital pieces such as Elvish Archdruid, Priest of Titania and Wirewood Channeler all get killed. I also feel like that the cost shouldn't be too much of an issue if I play it around turn 4 or 5 if my starting hand goes well.
I agree with you on the other 5 cards. Gaea's Touch seems to be a redundancy as I already have Exploration. Selesnya Signet is a ramp card, which I don't need as if I _do _need it, something has already gone wrong. Natural State is just a bad Naturalize. Savage Summoning is something I put in there at my friend's recommendation. Someone in the playgroup is going to be running as Esper deck. Wilt-Leaf Liege I placed in there as I saw it was recommended on EDHrec. It would give all my tokens a +1/+1 and my legendaries a +2/+2, which I thought was pretty nice.
A friend recommended I remove Huatli, Radiant Champion, Omnath, Locus of Mana, and Vitalize. He argued that Hautli is a slow card, and does not change the board state immediately. I do see what he means, as it would take 2 turns for him to actually do anything for me, as even if I used his -1 ability the instant I played him, that creature would just be blocked. Omnath was said to be redundant, as my mana dork deck was based around actually using that mana. I argued that it was just a plan B in case I didn't draw any of my other heavy cmc spells, but he argued again that it was a pretty bad plan B if the threat can be removed with a single removal spell. Vitalize he said was not worth a card. I fully disagree with him on that, as I figured that it would basically be giving me another turn instantly, as I would be able to use Rhys' abilities twice in a turn.
I don't think he's played a token deck before, so I'd like another opinion on those cards as well.

Vitalize only lets you use Rhys the Redeemed's ability again IF you have the mana. even then, its not comparable to an "extra turn". still, Vitalize can be used to surprise an opponent who might otherwise think you have no blockers. also, Huatli is a female. if your friend is telling you that huatli "doesnt change the board state immediately", then im guessing commander is not his primary format. thats a pretty good rule for modern, but i dont think it applies as much for commander. with just 4 tokens, you can use her ultimate the turn after you play her. idk if your friend realizes that. as for the "if i use the -1, the creature can just be blocked" argument, thats a pretty bad argument against making a creature big and swinging with it. in green, you should be able to give things trample.

McToters if you form your sentences properly, it would be a lot easier to know what you are talking about.

Yeah sorry... i was in a rush writing that last comment so my thoughts were all over the place! I wanted to provide the proper feedback.
And I actually just reaized I completely skipped over your draw/tutor question so my apologies for that. I'd recommend Congregation at Dawn if you're looking to just go for your dorks or a gamechanging creature. Weathered Wayfarer and Land Tax are alternative land ramp for white (and Land Tax texhnically allows you tos sift through all your lands if played properly). Same thing goes for Endless Horizons. As far as green draw there's Collective Unconscious, Shamanic Revelation and Regal Force off the top of my head. For a token deck there's always the option of putting in a Skullclamp as well. Always great synergy-draw for a token deck.
I was probably being a bit picky about Primal Command obviously it would depend on your meta (same thing goes for Savage Summoning but straight up it def doesnt help you out any great way with the theme of your deck).
I can also understand why you like keeping Revive and Gaea's Blessing. But remember it depends on your meta--and also remember our deck is t themed around the graveyard. It is always great to have backup plans, so again, we would have to see what doesn't make the cut first. IMO id keep Revive over Gaea's Blessing. And i believe I recall you have an Eternal Witness too, which is in the same vein.
I actually agree with 420chandra's advice about Huatli. I think she is DOPE for tokens and when I saw your list I immediately told my buddy who has Rhys to put her in. And talk about draw for green white... she's your babe. The stupidity would only rise when you're able to get multiple emblems haha.
I totally forgot Wilt-Leaf Liege pumps the tokens... that's a solid call over my mistake.
It's always good to have removal and I didn't want to completely steer you away with saying no to that worse version of Naturalize but it's good you took it out. If your hate runs low think about a Bane of Progress. But all-in-all, Aura Shards should be your master in this regard. (Maybe a Three Dreams to tutor for it? Or Idyllic Tutor i think?)
Hope that all helps! Sorry i wrote so much!

Okay, so I think I need to playtest this a bit more. I've yet to actually draw Huatli yet, so I don't actually know how that would play out.
Currently, I can get the combo finished by turn 7 or 8, very consistently. Only cards I don't use are cards which I'm supposed to use in reaction to my opponents playing, such as Hour of Reckoning and Wrath of God.
McToters and 420chandra are probably right about Huatli, as when I was playtesting, I'd have Elspeth, Sun's Champion out for 2 or 3 turns before I won. Replacing her with Huatli might accelerate my deck more. I might replace Elspeth with Huatli at this rate, though it does make me feel good to have 20 or so Soldier tokens.
For lands, I realized that as long as I start my hand with 3 or 4, I don't really need any more. Even if I do, I'm bound to run into Crop Rotation, Kodama's Reach, or Cultivation at some point. The times I didn't draw lands were just because I started off with a bad hand when playtesting.
To draw cards... I feel those cards are a bit expensive. 6, 5, 7 cmc respectively, I feel I could do a lot more things with it, though when it comes down to it, I'll probably have a lot of mana in hand anyways. Skullclamp is something I'm definitely adding to my deck. I thought I already did, which was why I was confused when I saw you say it.
I will probably also add Congregation at Dawn. It seems like a very useful tutor card, and if I already have Skullclamp on the field, I instantly have the cards I want most. Currently, when I get a tutor card (either Primal Command or Enlightened Tutor), I've been going after Birthing Pod to upgrade my tokens to Elvish Mystics, to Priest of Titania/Scryb Ranger, to Selvala/Omnath; I've been using the creature tutor's to look for Protean Hulk, so I can sacrifice him and gain both Omnath and Selvala at once. I only use Selvala to double Omnath's power, which in turn means that my floating mana pool gets doubled. This shit is stupidly crazy. And Congregation at Dawn might just make it come to me faster.
Definitely removing Gaea's Blessing. 2 cmc draw a card isn't that good, especially when most my cards aren't going to be going into the graveyard if I'm lucky.
Not going to run Bane of Progress. That stuff would destroy my own artifacts and enchantments, which I need to win. I'll just hope that Aura Shards can be drawn fast. Also pretty funny has it isn't an aura, so Three Dreams wouldn't work on it at all.
Something I've noticed is that I haven't played Eldrazi Monument, Helm of the Host, nor Doubling Cube very much. They're always sub-par choices compared to Birthing Pod which ensures I win in 4 turns, Whispersilk Cloak which allows Omnath to actually hit hard, or even just Panharmonicon, which has wonderful synergy with Marwyn (almost got her to +30/+30 in playtesting by turn 8, which obviously assumes ideal circumstances).
Add list:
Huatli, Radiant Champion
Congregation at Dawn
Skullclamp
Remove list:
Gaea's Blessing
Helm of the Host
Eldrazi Monument (maybe)
Doubling Cube (maybe)
I'll probably need to playtest this against actual people. My mate told me about untap.in and I might playtest this deck there once I get it shaved down to 100 cards.

Yeah those green draws I mentioned are def more expensive so it would depend what else you have going on. I think you should keep both your planeswalkers you currently have. They fit in.
After thinking about your list some more I'd take out:
Gaea's Herald since you already have that other creature that does the same thing.
Gaea's Revenge is just a big baddie that has no synergy with the greater theme of your deck.
Autumn's Veil i really really like this but this is certainly a sideboard card unless if your meta has heavy counters.
And I'll second your motion to remove Doubling Cube. My buddy that plays Rhys ran the cube for a while but it never really made that much of a difference for him.
I think any other cards you take out may have to be the next "weakest" creatures that you have left since your creature count is still in the mid-high 20s.
Anyway, playtesting will def help too!

Gaea's Herald I think should stay in. Compared to Prowling Serpopard, it's 2 cmc, which means its a turn 2 drop along with Rhys. I can also tutor for it a lot easier with Birthing Pod than compared to Prowling, as I only have 3 other creatures with 2 cmc. It's also revived by Elvish Soultiller.
You're right about Gaea's Revenge. It's an 8/5 for 7, but if I could play that, I'd much rather play Omnath for 5/5 to make it 12/12 (or more) the next turn. Or just play Protean Hulk. There's not much value there.
I feel the same about Avenger of Zendikar, though if I play him when I'm losing and don't have many counters out, I'd probably win.
Autumn's Veil should probably be kept. Some guys in my playgroup are running Esper...

Hey there! Awesome deck--there are 2 Rhys in my meta both pretty different but both strive to go wide.
Off the top of my head March of Souls has always proved to be greay for token decks. Plus if you have none-flying tokens it'll turn them into fliers.
Launch the Fleet or any token generator + Goldnight Commander can be a hot combo as well.
