Concept

Muldrotha is a permanent centric graveyard engine. This deck, designed by MrRyanReece, went straight for value ETB triggering effects instead of janky combos.

How It Plays

True to form, Spike's deck tends to play less flashy cards and more consistent ETB triggers that are decent even without Muldrotha causing all kind of problems late-game. This deck is all about interaction and disruption.

Card Selection

• Noxious Gearhulk, Ravenous Chupacabra, Reclamation Sage, Acidic Slime, Shriekmaw, Fleshbag Marauder, Merciless Executioner, Executioner's Capsule, Pernicious Deed, Conclave Naturalists, and Worldbreaker constitute the bulk of the permanent-based, and thus easily recurred, removal.

• Animate Dead, Body Double, Deadbridge Chant, Eternal Witness, Den Protector, Greenwarden of Murasa, and Tasigur, the Golden Fang all provide alternatives to Muldrotha should it become too expensive to cast.

• Vessel of Nascency, Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Stinkweed Imp, Golgari Grave-Troll, Satyr Wayfinder, Sinister Concoction, and Taigam, Sidisi's Hand, provide permanent-based methods of filling up your graveyard.
