With Zendikar Rising we got two new pre-constructed Commander-Decks resolving around Obuun, Mul Daya Ancestor on the one hand and Anowon, the Ruin Thief on the other hand. Especially Anowon fascinated me with his Mill- and Card-Draw-Abilities in combination with the Rogue -Tribal-Theme going on in this Deck. Therefore I used the pre-constructed Deck as a Basis and built my own Rogue- Mill- Deck.
This Deck tries to rack in as many damage as possible with different unblockable Rogues . A nice side-effect of attacking with many Rogues is that I can mill the opponent with my Commander or Soaring Thought-Thief . Furthermore attacking with many creatures gets me to draw cards via Military Intelligence or again my Commander . Since this deck relies heavyly on attacking, I included Strixhaven Stadium from the new Edition to have an alternative Win-Condition on Board.
I included many Rogues from the pre-constructed Deck and added multiple small Rogues like Inkfathom Infiltrator or Thieves' Guild Enforcer to have more creatures available. With the help of Zendikar Rising and Kaldheim cards like Thieving Skydiver , Glasspool Mimic   and Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire became available. These cards are nice additions to this Deck and amplify the Tribal-Theme even more. The whole theme is crowned by legendary Rogues like Sakashima of a Thousand Faces , Sakashima the Impostor , Thada Adel, Acquisitor , Zareth San, the Trickster or Rankle, Master of Pranks .
I included only five sources of Removal ( Negate , Soul Manipulation , Crippling Fear , Deadly Tempest and Necromantic Selection ) even though I think this deck could use a bit more of it, but I simply don't know which cards I should replace. Since my Commander can draw me cards I could also skimp a bit on the Card-Draw part and included only six sources of Card-Draw. Four of them are one-time Draws like Night's Whisper , Sign in Blood , Ponder or Distant Melody while the other tow are Enchantments which let me draw cards whenever I attack my opponents ( Military Intelligence and Reconnaissance Mission ).
I can think of at least five other cards which I could inlcude in this deck, but I don't know what cards I should remove to make Room for them. These cards are Blackbloom Rogue  , Opposition Agent , Agent of Treachery , Tinybones, Trinket Thief and Vanquisher's Banner .
All in all is this deck highly aggressive and runs wild on the Board. Even Board wipes can only stop this deck temporarely, but the small amount of Removal included makes it sometimes difficult to react to specific threats. Even though it's a lot of fun to play this deck, sometimes it becomes the Archenemy of the whole table after only 3 to 5 turns, since the milling ability of Anowon, the Ruin Thief can freak out some opponents.
